PO NAPISANIU OPINII NA BOOKINGU PANI Z TEGO OBIEKTU DO MNIE ZADZWONIŁA Z PRETENSJAMI, A TAKŻE DOSTAJĘ NIEZBYT MIŁE WIADOMOŚCI NA PRIV To co było na plus: - możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania - dostęp do herbaty i kawy o każdej porze To co mnie się nie spodobało: 1. Zmieniono nam pokój na apartament. Zapewne miato to być fajne rozwiązanie, ale niestety gdybym miata pobyt dtuższy niż 2 noce to z pewnością prositabym o zmianę apartamentu na jakiś inny pokój. Apartament ma drzwi teoretycznie na trzecim piętrze, ale tam są kolejne schody xD czyli piętro 4. Drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu wypadają z dolnego zawiasu, a klamka nie wiadomo czy nie zostanie komuś w ręce. Na środku kuchni są kręcone szklane schody, które prowadzą na 5 piętro, gdzie znajduje się także sypialnio-tazienka xD nie ma tam oddzielnej tazienki, tylko wszystko razem. Ktoś z tóżka może sobie patrzeć jak inna osoba bierze kąpiel. W moim przypadku nie wiem kto miat na kogo patrzeć. Czy ja lat 30 na moją mamę lat 50+ czy na odwrót. Do tego później zejście po tych szklanych schodach. tatwo się poślizgnąć. Ktoś miat fantazję dając panele podtogowe przy wannie, dzięki czemu w kuchni odpada sufit. 2. W apartamencie byto zimno. W części z kuchnią nie ma kaloryfera! Jest jeden kaloryfer na schodach zabudowany szafą. Kolejne dopiero na samej górze, ale nie dziataty. 3. Pót dnia się zastanawiatam dlaczego nie ma cieptej wody w kranie. Wieczorem jak posztam na samą górę to zobaczyłam pokrętta przy wannie i dopiero wtedy się okazato że jeden z nich odpowiada za cieptość wody. 4. Miejsce nie byto zbyt dobrze posprzątane. Dwie gumy do żucia przyklejone na ścianie i suficie. Kurz w szafkach i za nimi. Dziurawe ręczniki. Trafita mi się brudna szklanka z odciśniętymi ustami. 5. W telewizji gtównie programy w języku niemieckim. 6. Bardzo zszokowały mnie rozwodnione kosmetyki - żel pod prysznic i szampon

Double Booked, Rude Management
We arrived in Gdańsk the first weekend in December. We were called on our way to the hotel to say they had double booked. It was freezing cold we were a family of 6 plus a 3 month old baby. We were standing in the street with no where to go. They told us they had a hotel that was about 20 mins away from the centre that we could stay in for the night. In the traffic it was about 45 mins each way. The reason we booked this hotel was for its location. We had to get 2 taxis to the other hotel, drop our bags off and then 2 taxis back to the centre. We called this hotel first thing the next morning and was told our rooms would not be ready until 2pm, however we could leave all of our bags behind the unmanned reception. We booked a 4 bed apartment but was given 3 separate rooms on different floors. This was our first family holiday altogether with the baby. They eventually gave us a room to store our bags while we went out. They then emailed us to say they had moved all of our bags into another room and because we had sent an email complaining, they thought that it was best if we left the hotel. They said that they had English people before in their hotel that had left a mess and let fire extinguishers off. We were a family of 6 with a baby and they seemed to tie us with the same because we were ‘English’ The staff on the Reception spoke no English so everything was via google translate. The Managers on the phone were rude. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Great Old Town stay
Great location and wonderful staff. Breakfasts were very good. Great shower temp and pressure.
My room was over the front door and across from the breakfast room, so it was loud. Walls pretty thin too (TV and conversations audible from next door). Aside of unfortunate positioning, great stay.

Sehr einfach gehalten, frühstück war leider nicht gut, paar Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst und Käse, alle steht den ganzen Tag offen herum, kein warmes ei oder anderes. Einrichtung viele Beschädigungen und Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden
