Poor, stinks of ****, got some undesirable people hanging about, floors creak worse than a 90yr olds hips, save ya money, sleep in car.

Old dated place. Tv not on wall bracket and just propped up on the dressing table. Bed very hard.
I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed here on the 11th to 14th july and its not what we expected we could of expected something more decent enough to be fair but you can make it what it is the walls are thin so you can hear everything. Plaster round the sink has cracked and come away 1 towel and 1 cup to share between 2 people.the curtains and blinds looks like they need to be thrown and replaced dirty marks all over the blinds curtains look like they need to be hung up proper sink looks like it needs a really good clean shared bathrooms look like they need a deep clean showers look like they need a deep clean. Spiderwebs with dead flies all the windows

I think we were ripped off as we paid £115 for 1 night stay on Saturday 17th for going to see kylie at the utilita Arena. Other prices I've seen are less than half of this. This is a very basis hotel, shabby in places and extremely outdated. The room was small, sheets clean and bed comfy, pillows not worth having cheap and flat. Thankfully, we booked a room with a private shower room, although it needs a complete refurb, cracked wall, and floor tiles. Could only get TV if you connect to free WiFi (probably don't want to pay TV licence fees). I could have got another hotel in the city centre for £30-£40 more, which i wish I had. It looks like they hike their prices up when big concert's are on. Do yourself a favour and pay that bit extra to stay in a hotel in the city centre if you're going to the utilita Arena, you'll be thankful for it.
