房間隔了半截牆放張寫字枱就叫套房，我們忘記帶牙刷和酒店溝通盡然回覆不提供牙刷，性價比不高，沒有湖景，沖涼房下水堵塞沖多一會水就會滿到外面了，而且我們的退房時間是早上10點，很不合理。我們的女兒來酒店看望我們被攔住不讓進門，説酒店規定外人不讓進。荒唐之極！停車場車位沒幾個位而且非常糟糕沒有相當車技的人是非常難停進去的，前台説他們自己的老闆開車在這裏一年也刮三次 ，難以接受這樣的酒店配套和服務管理也能賣到近2600元/晚！

We stayed here for a week in August. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are modern and well appointed and the breakfast is calm with lots of choice. The hotel is in a great location, just far enough away from the side of the lake but with in close walking distance to the lake side and the shops and restaurants.

Wonderful week at the Sky Pool Sole. We couldn't fault anything. The staff were fantastic. particular thanks to the dining room staff. They were friendly and so pleasant and always up for a laugh. We will hopefully be returning very soon.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed in a basic double room which was spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The entire hotel is immaculate, bed very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and a large balcony area. Breakfast contained a wide variety of fresh fruit, savoury options, pastries and a great gluten free offering of bread, muffins, biscuits, cereal and rice cakes. We had some drinks and lunch from the rooftop bar which was great value and delicious. We had dinner one night too which was 3 courses for just €28 per person. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's about a 3 minute walk from the shops and lake front with restaurants. The bus station is only 5 minutes walk and the ferry point is about 10 minutes away. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are so attentive and friendly, food is exceptionally good and rooms are spotless. Location is great, just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Garda. We will definitely be booking again.

Attention to detail in every function of this hotel. We didn’t arrive until midnight because of flight delay but were delighted to be served a cold food platter and a large glass of white wine! A brilliant start. The dining room is where we were most impressed. We had half board. Breakfast buffet fabulous selection. Dinner choice was made at breakfast; waiter service which frankly we prefer. The salad bar (before the first dinner course) is exceptional. Four courses including sweet. Cooking first class!

Stayed here for one week in August on half board basis. Our room was brightly decorated and had a spacious modern shower room. We had a nice view over the mountains and hills from our balcony above the hotel entrance. The view from the roof top pool area was even better with views across the roof tops to beautiful lake garda. There was also plenty of sunbeds and a bar next to the pool for drinks and lunch time food. The main restaurant is bright and airy with a small outside area. You choose what you want for dinner during breakfast and you are allocated a table for the duration of your stay although you can ask to move. The food was very good at both. The staff were friendly and efficient and the night duty reception man even provided us with a lovely salad dinner when we arrived after a very late flight. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Also thank you to the cleaning staff who keep the hotel spotlessly clean. Well done to all.

Excellent stay. First time in Garda - staff were really friendly and helpful, pool lovely with stunning views, food of a High standard. The room was a good size with nice little extras (dressing gown, slippers, toiletries). Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you.
