This was my first time at Hotel Biseti and I was really happy with my stay there. The staff works incredibly hard and caters to your needs. The room was a great size with a safd. The only downside for me was my room didn't have a balcony. I have been to Lake Garda many times as it is a 5 minute walk to the lake where there are plenty of restaurants. I have booked to go back to Hotel Biseti again next year.

This hotel is perfectly placed for access to Garda town, easily a 4 minute walk. The rooms are EXTREMELY clean, the support staff are amazing and should be appreciated more by the management of the hotel and included within the publicity of the hotel overall. Whilst we appreciate that other guests enjoy evening entertainment, the singer was quite loud and went on until after 11pm, which was slightly annoying. We are returning next year as overall the experience was good and the location excellent.

We stayed bed and breakfast in the junior suite with balcony. The location is perfect for a gentle stroll into Garda for evening meals and to catch the ferries to explore the lake. The room itself was excellent, modern and very clean. The pool area was excellent with willing and friendly staff. We didn’t eat there for meals except for breakfast which was continental in the main and was fine. We must have enjoyed it as we have booked again next year.

Great stay, hotel is very well located for exploring Lake Garda. Garda itself has so many eateries and things to do and see. The ferry port was a 10 minute walk for visiting other parts of the lake and we used this several time during our stay. The staff at Hotel Bisesti were all exceptional, friendly, helpful, chatty and really put themselves out to help you. We booked bed and breakfast which worked really well for us. Breakfast was very varied and plentiful, always found a table easily. We also had lunch a couple of times by the pool and the food was really good. Our room was spotless, comfy bed and great shower, towels and bedding. We were in one of the larger modern rooms. We booked direct with the hotel and they also arranged our transfer from the airport which went very smoothly. Couldn’t fault it and have already recommended the hotel to friends and relatives.

This hotel is in a great location just a few minutes from the lake and bus station. Very clean staff are excellent. We had a Junior Suite which had a fantastic shower. Live music a couple of times a week which was very nice. In the lounge they had a guitar and piano people could use which we thought a very good idea. Lots of restaurants in area.

We have had another great stay at the Bisesti this year. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is calm and joyful. The food was outstanding - breakfast was comprehensive and a really good start to the day. We went half board - the dinner was amazing with many menu choices and certainly good value for money. The pool was beautiful and maintained immaculately. The rooms were perfect for us - very comfortable and excellent daily service. Lake Garda is less than 5 minutes stroll away - another advantage of the hotel. We also enjoyed some excellent musical entertainment with quality musicians. Many thanks to all the staff for a great holiday - we will certainly be going again.

Friendly, professional and clean. Nothing was too much for any of the staff and the hotel is beautifully kept. However, I would definitely recommend upgrading to the more modern room option.

What a perfect hotel. Our family has travelled quite a bit in europe, US and southeast asia. And I have to say Bisesti is easily one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Staff was absolute fantastic and helpfull in all circumstances. Our room was perfect. Newish, really clean and nice view (3rd floor) into the city. Service at the hotel was silky smooth, hotel was really neat and clean, food ( we only had breakfast) was good, and waiting staff was top notch. Highly recommended for everybody, we travelled as a family ( 2 adukts and a 6-yo) and absolutely loved this place. 5/5.
