Old hotel in classic Chinese luxury 90’s style, needs some renovation, but quite clean. A lot of shops and restaurants on ground level - a little bit hard to find the elevator and room. Breakfast really good. Nice location in city center.

Multiple stays. The hotel lobby is grand, very close to Nanhu Park, and has ample parking. The room is very clean, and when tidying up the room, mouse pads, laundry detergent, etc. are provided according to the needs of the guests. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly to children. When I took the clothes hanger, they offered a clothes drying rack, which was a big plus. The breakfast food is not very varied, the ingredients are relatively fresh, but it ends at 9:30, which is a bit early. I have to get up early, which is not very comfortable. The hotel provides free mineral water, which is very convenient to take a bottle when you go out.

The hotel is conveniently located, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the supporting facilities are relatively complete, and the room environment is clean and tidy. If you need to come here for business trips, visiting relatives and traveling, you can consider it~

Every year, I choose to stay at Fengdu Hotel for my old man's birthday. This time, the experience was particularly bad. First, the room upstairs was too noisy. I asked the front desk to coordinate, but it was left unresolved and there was no response. Second, the hotel held a night barbecue in the parking lot outside, right next to the B seat. The noise was endless at night and lasted until the early morning every day. In order to make money, they can't ignore the guests' rest. Third, after the birthday party, I asked the hotel to arrange a wheelchair (95-year-old man with mobility problems) to facilitate us to push the old man to the parking lot. They said that the wheelchair was broken and had not been repaired. For such a big hotel, even if the wheelchair was really broken, they should think of other ways.

This is my first time staying in this hotel on a business trip. I felt very good, the environment was good, the service was comprehensive and enthusiastic, and I will choose to stay here again next time.

The hygiene is great, the room is very cost-effective, warm and comfortable, especially the service provided by Miss Guan Bijuan, I am very satisfied, she is considerate and gentle. The quilt is very soft and clean. I like the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is very transparent and bright.
