房間有異味 3月14號晚班前台美女服務態度差 跟誰欠她幾百萬似的 有個男孩服務態度還蠻好有耐心講話温柔 客房裡麪住着人保潔大早上就自己進來了 還説以為退房了 工作上不應該是交接清楚的嗎

老客户，出差住了幾年都是香江灣酒店，還是喜歡之前鋪地毯的藍色風格，不知道為什麼要重新裝修，重新裝修的房間也住過，太廉價感，房間地板走路嘎吱嘎吱響，不過總體還是不錯的，前台服務態度很好，衹是房間電視一直打不開，遙控器也是壞的，催前台2次，到退房也沒有來弄，還有提前預訂的夜宵粥也沒有送，不要電梯口和靠近馬路這邊的房間，太吵了
