Virkelig godt
Vi er meget tilfredse med vores ophold på hotellet. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme. Jeg bliver nødt til at fremhæve de to unge damer i receptionen og personalet i restaurant og bar. Smilende, hjælpsomme og servicemindede. Det har været en fornøjelse.

Op de bovenste etage van dit hotel boekten wij voor 5 nachten 2 slaapkamers met een woonkamer en balkon. De ruimte was modern-rustiek ingericht. De 2 badkamers hadden een royale regendouche. Het eten was goed verzorgd. Er was een ontbijtbuffet en voor het diner kon dagelijks gekozen worden uit 3 opties (vlees, vis of vegetarisch). Een voorafje, soep, saladebuffet en dessert kregen wij tevens aangeboden. Bediening door attente medewerkers, komend uit vooral Kroatië. De auto kan gratis even verderop worden geparkeerd op een terrein dat bij het hotel hoort. De gasten kunnen gebruik maken van een klein zwembad en een sauna. Ski’s en toebehoren kunnen worden opgeslagen in een speciale ruimte onder het hotel. De lokatie is een rustig dorpje en de gratis skibus (naar Ischgl of Galtur) stopte nagenoeg voor het hotel. Het verblijf is ons goed bevallen; wij komen hier zeker weer een keer terug.

Das einzig positive war das geräumige Zimmer. Dies ist wirklich schön ausgestattet, vor allem das grosse Badezimmer. Das Essen war schlecht, der Service unprofessionel. Man hat den Eindruck, dass keiner vom Personal vom Fach ist. Da gibt es schönere Hotels!

Dit hotel heeft bijna alles wat je verwacht van een 4**** hotel. Wij verbleven er van 15/3 t/m 19/3. Een belangrijk minpunt was de ontvangst. De struise dame met bril aan de balie was onvriendelijk vanaf de check-in (gaande van het betaalde voorschot dat ze niet kon vinden, ….). Bij check-out liep het helemaal mis. Duidelijk werkpunt voor dit bedrijf

Das Hotel ist sehr süß und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr hübsch gelungen, mit schwarz und dunklem gehacktem Holz. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr stylisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay aber beim Abendessen ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben!
