The property was very unique, cozy and inviting. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They made extra accommodations for our needs and did not charge for any extras. I would highly recommend.

Care takers were very friendly and helped with luggage and anything I needed. Cozy little retreat. Also had courtyard with food truck and sometimes music

The Treehouse Suite is everything! It is perfect for a family, girls weekends, or a solo getaway.

I am currently a Gainesville local and stayed here 2 separate times; once in June and once in July. Both stays were 4 nights. These stays were while I waited for a new apartment to be finished. And I stayed in the Vintage Room. I adore this property. It is affordable, especially for its location. It is walking distance to anything you could want to do in downtown Gainesville. It's close to Depot Park, and that made it perfect to walk my pup. But it's tucked away enough that you don't endure any of the noise from downtown. The staff is incredibly hospitable. Anytime a guest walks by, anyone working around the property will ask how their stay is going or if they need anything. Anytime I requested help or items, I was provided them immediately and with a friendly demeanor. It feels like everyone is very happy to work there and happy to help guests. One of my favorite aspects is how safe the property feels. There is privacy fencing that makes it feel tucked away. There are security cameras that make an announcement when anyone walks into their line of sight. And staff are always on site. As a young, solo, female traveler, it helps create peace of mind. All of the guests have been friendly as well in the common spaces. The common areas are beautiful and well maintained. I enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyards a lot. It's very peaceful and relaxing. I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. Overall, it was comfortable with great professional staff and awesome cold air conditioning in these hot summer months!

Come for the perfect location stay for the second to none hospitality, This place has the allure of a boutique hotel without the stuffiness. The on site coffee shop is the best coffee I;be had in Gainesville and it's not even close! Make sure you try your coffee with the local honey!

Christina and Matt are excellent hosts for this boutique hotel. They provided wonderful service and help during my stay. Christina made me feel comfortable making the room sparkling clean and giving me directions to local spots. Matt carried my suitcase down the block and upstairs to my room. He also gave me directions to local spots. The hotel is located downtown Gainesville not far from St. Francis House, a homeless shelter. This was a concern for me a single woman. So I was careful after dark. It is also close to many restaurants and bars. And within walking distance of the courthouse. My room was the Downtown Studio. It is beautifully appointed with pictures modern kitchen, walk-in shower and modern bath amenities. The queen bed is very soft but firm enough to support you. The air conditioner drowned out the street noise which was very convenient.
