Got to Gaborone for the first time and found a bus that was labeled Creta. I hadnt booked a room but the driver told me he was sure I would find accommodation. I took a chance and it made my stay worth while. I was able to have my clients meet me there for most meetings and it is close to the basic necessities. The staff where great and service was exceptional

Place is easily accessible with friendly and professional staff. Best service by the reception. It's hustle for one to find a parking, maybe find your own private parking

The staff are friendly and always go out of the way to assist the guests with their needs. The hotel is situated in the center of the city and surrounded by government offices and corporations.

A great place - whether on leisure or business. What made all the difference is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, right from the Reception to the restaurant and Housekeeping. Always courteous and respectiful! The warmth and smiles of the staff make you feel at home. Cresta President Hotel level of hygiene and cleanliness consistently met my expectations during my stay!

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is top notch. The food tastes lovely and you get value for your money. However, I think there should be a big improvement on the cleaning of the rooms and the housekeeping.
