The hotel staff were very nice, polite and accomodating. I had arrived there early and they did not have a problem looking after my belongings while I explored the city. As I explored they had called to notify me that the room was ready and that I could come back at any time. When I had returned they informed me that they had given me a free upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very delicious and had quite a few options. Located in the centre of the city and the area around it is also very interesting with many international restaurant options. 100% would style there again

This hotel is superb! Great location, convenient travel, everything around shopping malls and restaurants. The room is separated from wet and dry. There are bathrobes, makeup mirrors, Wahaha calcium milk, mineral-free, disposable products and quality are not bad. There are toilet pads, clean bath towels are also packaged separately. The lobby can be free of charge. Internet, photocopying, refreshments, travel guides. These many four- and five-star hotels have configurations that this hotel has. It is very close to Metro Line 1 and Shangxiahang attractions. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and so on nearby. Insufficient: upstairs is a residential area, the sound insulation is very bad, talking, children running around, the TV sound is clear, and the hot water temperature is not high.

The room facilities are old, the breakfast is too ordinary, just a boiled egg, the fruit and watermelon are OK, but nothing else. The parking lot is very limited, the inner corridor and room are quiet, the shower water pressure is average, and the pillows are OK. The front desk is not polite, and the check-in and check-out are wooden faces.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is nicely laid out. The staff are helpful and can speak English. The breakfast buffet has a variety of good options. The hotel is situated next to a mall and the boulevard along the river, offering a chance for good walks in the morning or evening.

The staff is very very friendly! The reason why i love hostel/民宿 is because of the staff like this hotel. The place is very convenient to go around 上下杭 (one of the historical areas in Fu Zhou 福州, not fully developed during June 2024 when i was there). Not that far away from another historical area 三坊七巷 too (bus/car is convenient). Lots of eatery around this hostel and also places to shop. The view outside the hostel is a small river. Quite a nice view in the night.

Location and transportation: Because the itinerary was to take my family on a cruise🛳️ and we needed a family room, we chose this hotel. After staying there, we found it very convenient. It is just a few steps away from the river, five minutes away from the boat dock, and only one bridge away from the Yantaishan commercial district.
