Friendly services! We were traveling with kids with a long ride and upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful, let us check in early and gave us some water, also offered extended late checkout. Room is clean and high tech switches, if you order for delivery you will encounter the robot doing delivery to your room. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had so far for a hotel in china. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for only 1 night for a transit stop to catch a train from Fuzhounan station the next morning. The location is excellent - can walk or take the metro to the railway station easily. Breakfast had a large number of options for the Chinese palate. Only complaint I had was that we were provided disposable towels instead of real full sized towels. For the price, I still think this is a great place to stay and do recommend it.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, the service staff is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, and there is a mountain park right outside the door. The Fujian cuisine in the restaurant is rich and delicious, and the prices are moderate. Will recommend to friends.

The room is inside the scenic area, the environment is very beautiful and very feel, but there are too many problems with the management. First, there is a smell from the sewer in the room, and secondly, the noise of the machine is too loud at night, which leads to a very bad experience. It was a great experience staying at Emmy’s, the moment you stepped inside you could smell its warmth, fragrant scent that I felt in love with. Though there’s not much attractions to see around, it’s still very convenient in getting around because the subway is just 6-7 mins walk away. I also appreciate the fact that the rooms are non-smoking rooms so it’s kind of airy and doesn’t have any bad smell. Plus it has a great view from our room.

The CP value is very high, clean and sanitary, the facilities are smart and novel, the breakfast is super rich, the transportation is very convenient, it is very close to the train station, subway, and bus station, and the service is very warm and thoughtful. I am especially grateful to the front desk staff. My family had a hand injury, and the girl at the front desk proactively provided medicine and helped apply it. Before leaving, because the wound had not yet healed, I was given a pack of medicine for treating trauma. It was really touching. Again When visiting Fuzhou, Hanting Hotel is still the first choice hotel.

The room was very tidy. Before arriving at the hotel, I received a call from the staff asking about my travel method, arrival time and whether I need to turn on the air conditioner in advance. The weather in Fuzhou has been relatively hot recently, which was very considerate. I really felt what service is. Not only can you wash and deliver clothes for free, but also provide commonly used band-aids and children's disposable supplies for free. The door-to-door service speed is basically within 3 minutes. I am really satisfied.

Facilities: relatively new, toilet, bathroom, wash basin are separated. Hygiene: very clean, no water stains on the faucet, toilet and shower floor are dry, there is one shortcoming, the hotel wash basin is not well drained, after using water for a while, you can hear the sound of water repeatedly, very loud. Environment: beautiful scenery, can get sun at noon, the hotel is luxuriously decorated, very satisfied, if the sewer can be soundproofed, it will be very loud when taking a shower upstairs. Service: the staff is very gentle, and the overall service in Fuzhou area is very good!
