The place was amazing, I had a great time here. What I didn’t quite like was that the bathroom was separated, where you take a **** Is different from where you take a bath. Haha it’s cute but not too practical. However it’s an amazing hotel, I’d definitely return

Facilities: The room is very new Hygiene: The room is cleaned and tidy. I stayed for four days. The auntie cleaned up the garbage carefully every day. She was very considerate and replenished the toiletries for the remaining days on the first day Environment: There are many delicious foods downstairs. It is very convenient to go anywhere Service: I forgot to take the clothes out of the washing machine, and there were staff to help me put them in the dryer. The front desk lady Zhang Zhang was very nice and considerate. I will choose this hotel next time if I have the chance

Came to Fuzhou to listen to a concert and decided to stay in a hotel in the city center for one night. It is only fifteen minutes away from the Olympic Sports Center Stadium. Facilities: As a newly opened star hotel, it has all the necessary facilities. The 20th-floor infinity pool has a good view, but the lighting is dim at night, and the bathing area is relatively simple, especially the men's dressing table is actually arranged at the door. As long as someone goes in and out, the spring light is exposed. Hygiene: Overall, it is relatively clean, but the shower room is a dark room, without ventilation, very damp, and easy to smell. Environment: It is right by the Minjiang River, the river view is still good, and the big banyan tree on the main road at the door is also very distinctive. Service: It has a bit of the flavor of a state-owned enterprise, but the room is oversold and the active upgrade is still very sincere. In general, the hotel is still cost-effective. It may be a little different from the international big-name chains in decoration and temperament. It is still worth recommending for a short stay in Fuzhou for business.

Yay Station/Haixia C&E Center
The check-in experience was great. Ms. Wang Shuang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and professional. The entire check-in process was fast and easy to understand, which was great! After checking in, there were also simple and clear instructions, which allowed me to quickly find the elevator and return to the room. Professional people do professional things! The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the scenery is good, and it is very quiet. You won't be disturbed when you rest. It's really great

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!
