Fuzhou Taijiang District Hotels

Love the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. Felt that the amenities could be cleaner and newer. The fridge was producing loud noise when operating. Still a great stay nevertheless! There’s bus service to the airport right opposite this hotel which is really convenient.

We went on a family trip during the Spring Festival and booked two days. We couldn't get a triple room on the first day, but they helped us upgrade it! Very good! The hotel is very close to the Dadao subway station, so it's not tiring to drag the suitcases. There are many old-fashioned restaurants around, and the beef restaurant is great! Some of them were closed during the Spring Festival, so I'll explore them next time. The room faces the residential area, so it is not noisy at night when sleeping. The air conditioning is also very powerful, and I didn't feel cold at all even when the temperature in Fuzhou dropped. The most important point for me when choosing a room is the separation of wet and dry areas, and the shower head should be the kind that cannot be removed, but this one has it. Good location, clean bedding, dry and wet separation, quiet, and really cost-effective!

My stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Fuzhou, was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality were evident, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The highlight of my visit was the suite—it was simply amazing! Spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean, the suite exuded luxury in every detail. The panoramic city views from the large windows were breathtaking, both during the day and at night when Fuzhou lights up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality amenities, including the rainfall shower and plush bathrobes, added to the indulgence. The dining options at the hotel were also good. The hotel’s location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, and the concierge was helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. Overall, my stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou was flawless. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers an unparalleled level of comfort and luxury. I can’t wait to return! Thoroughly enjoyed the 5-night stay at this hotel. The room is clean and complete with amenities. Good size and comfy bed. The breakfast is delicious and generous in spread. The service is excellent, and I'd want to acknowledge the service of Timo and Ryan at the Concierge. They are both very professional, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help us around.

Well lit rooms, strong AC. Solid housekeeping, good ventilation, great customer service, convenient location. Clean new amenities. Three elevators, free laundry with detergent, the ayi will help do the laundry as well. Wide variety for breakfast, fresh made to order noodle soup included. The family rooms had heated toilet seat, tables and chairs if you need to do work, and a full tea set.

Booked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip. Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go. Overall hotel is very clean. Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms! Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call. The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by staff, and Patryk at the front desk. His attentiveness and warmth made check-in a breeze and set a welcoming tone for the entire stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast spread offered each morning, providing a perfect start to each day of my visit.

Excellent location and staff service .the hotel also provided me with a free breakfast even though I never included it in my booking. The staff at the laundry room are extra helpful they helped the customer to load and fold the laundry due to high demand so that we do not need to wait at the laundry room for our turn .

Good location, it’s facing the min river, and walking distance to Zhong Ting Jie 中亭街. staffs are all nice 👍 Just the room is a bit small for family with kids, reception counter helped to free upgrade to 2 single beds room which is slight bigger than one double bed room. breakfast is more like traditional Chinese breakfast - porridge with dishes, not much bakery.

I stayed at Jinjiang Hotel on this trip and had a great experience! The front desk checked in quickly and considerately, and helped to upgrade the room type. The hotel is close to the subway station and convenient for travel. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive to every request. I will come again next time!
