環境：公區修建的非常漂亮，造景一看就是花了大價錢的，綠化修繕的很美，秋天肯定更漂亮！繞着水庫是一條步道，遛狗、散心放鬆的好去處，平常小樓也在步道右側小橋走過去，管家小哥做的咖啡非常好喝，豆子很香。
衞生：很乾凈，也沒有蚊蟲。
服務：給管家和客服點贊，在羣裏迴應的很及時，效率很高！推薦的餐館都很好吃。
