房間佈局不合理，洗手盆在洗手間外，洗手到處濕。窗户望到出租房陽台很近，必須拉窗簾，電視機開不了，隔音太差，隔離房和走廊通道人行聲説話聲都聽到

床上根本就不是床墊，就是彈簧上蓋一層布，裝成床墊，躺下去很明顯會咯着，睡得腰疼。我是連續住三天的，第二天一大早就和酒店反應希望換房間，結果酒店毫無歉意，也不給換房間，一直拖到下午，想退房還説要收延遲退房費，服務態度差。設施不夠好就算了，也不至於在彈簧上面蓋一層布就當床墊吧？真當消費者感覺不出來？另外，廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗浴間很小。

被子上有一塊污漬 我們自帶了一次性四件套 衞生間門不能鎖，但是影響不大，看不懂空調的度數68F是啥沒看懂 離地鐵還有點距離但是我們都打的車
