They said we could check in at 2 o'clock, but when we got there they said the room wasn't ready yet and asked us to wait another half an hour.
The room was well cleaned and the environment outside the window was relatively quiet. However, the facilities in the house are not so good. There is no whole-house smart control and manual operation is required. It is not as good as the other Four Seasons Hotel I stayed in the day before.

The attitude of the front desk was pretty average. A bunch of people stood there and couldn't figure out how to open the room card. They made me stand there and wait for a long time. There was a smell of cigarettes when I entered the room 666
