I was speechless because I was very hungry and ordered a takeaway from a nearby restaurant. It was delivered in 10 minutes. However, it was not delivered to the hotel front desk for 30 minutes. I called to ask and realized it later. They said they were busy and there were too many orders and the robot couldn't deliver. When the takeaway was delivered, couldn't they remind me of the current situation and let me know? Then I could choose to wait or go and get it myself. In the end, I was very unhappy. I am a regular customer and they always complain. There is really no service to speak of.
