明明定的3個小時的鐘點房，才兩個半小時，就就打電話催人，之前預訂那麼多次，第一次遇到這種情況。

這家酒店最不方便，在博物館裡邊，如果你要泡温泉不去福州別的地方是可以，到時如果去市區別的地方逛，你就要來回打車很不方便，周邊也沒有吃飯的地方。很不推薦。室外温泉也很小一個

服務非常好，前台女生接待很温柔細緻，房間安排也很安靜舒適，適合家庭或者情侶居住。提幾個小建議，就是電視不能投屏，還有浴室地板有個固定的小東西很容易踢到腳。衞生總體還行，温泉池很乾凈舒服這點好評，聽前台女生説有消毒。不過床和床頭能打掃仔細一些就更好了。
