非常差的一次體驗酒店，達不到高檔水平，還不如舒適型的連鎖酒店Q季。
1.不禮貌主動，辦事效率低不專業。
辦理入住的時候，三個人像夾心兒餅乾，衹能當一個人用。三個人都很關注上一個顧客的咖啡券兒的問題。我走過去沒一個笑臉一個你好，在那兒站着等着，我説，你們三個人能不能出一個人辦入住沒有效果。達不到也不熱情，辦事也不快，體驗很糟糕。
2.不考慮顧客訴求，沒有服務意識。出門好幾個樓，就説房間右轉。
3.房間很小，首先山景房那不如説後面擋光，陰暗潮濕，房間的空氣很糟糕，電梯裏也是一股刺鼻的潮濕發黴的味道，走廊裏麪噴了很多清新劑，味道就更加難聞了。隔壁房間都開着門通風。
扣三分，早餐給一分，周邊景色給一分
