離三坊七巷不遠，晚上走路過去，風吹的很舒服，還有專享的西湖棧道，賓服小魏幫我安排的房間很滿意，視野非常好，服務也很到位，給我送晚安奶，房間床墊柔軟枕頭舒適 可以迅速安心入睡

不愧是湖光山色第一樓，位置絕佳，環境好，離西湖公園和政府都很近，辦完公，走走湖邊棧道太舒適。吃的好，住得好，整體服務也好。客房乾淨整潔，衞生質量好，無異味，服務也很及時。客服中心的小林小姐姐聲音好聽，也給了我不少出行幫助，下次還選這家，有很高的性價比！推薦

中秋3天短途遊，第一次去福州，酒店大大超出預期。訂的湖景房，視野開闊。樓下就是西湖公園，還有省博物館。另外包含的中式套餐就餐環境非常好，菜品精緻，服務到位，還額外贈送了一份精緻的月餅和綠豆餅，強烈推薦！

在攜程上訂了福建西湖大酒店，原先我訂的是酒店的城景房，入住後發現該房的馬桶有問題，打電話到前台，馬上換房到湖景房。就如我在選擇酒店時看的評語，服務態度真心不錯👍👍👍，今天早上出門的時候問了一下前台的小繆能否延遲退房，查了一下今天的訂房情況，告知我們可以延遲到下午兩點，這樣我們就可以有時間安心city walk。奇妙的是今天早上居然還看到了彩虹🌈 酒店的自助早餐很好，品種多適合不同口味的客人，下次來福州還會訂他家的酒店
