酒店的工作人員服務態度非常好，從入住到退房，每一個環節都能感受到他們的熱情和專業。前台工作人員辦理入住和退房手續高效快捷，大堂繆經理也會耐心解答我的各種問題。客房服務員每天都會及時打掃房間，補充用品，保持房間的整潔衞生。設施設備都非常完善。環境很不用提了，就在三坊七巷附近，樓下就是西湖公園，旅居必選酒店啊

You can see the beautiful West Lake when you open the window. The room is spacious and bright. You can't tell it's an old hotel at all. Xiaozhuang at the front desk was very considerate and recommended nearby walking routes when checking in. The bedding was soft and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The most surprising thing was the lake view, which was beautiful at night! The facilities were clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. You can walk to Sanfang Qixiang. It's very cost-effective and I will stay here again next time!
