During these stays at Fuzhou West Lake Hotel, the front desk, concierge and executive lounge were all excellent. Unfortunately, the biggest problem of the hotel is the breakfast restaurant. The hotel breakfast starts at 06:30, but I found that there was obviously a lack of food or menu cards on the table twice when I had breakfast. The waiter passed by several times during the one-hour breakfast but did not take the initiative to collect the plates (Figure 6). What shocked me even more was that the restaurant manager in a suit (Figure 7) actually scolded the employees in front of the guests. The volume was very uncomfortable at that time. I had no choice but to ask him to stop shouting... I just want to have a good breakfast!!!
