設施還是比較老舊的，畢竟是老牌子，傢俱都比較老式，房間廁所都挺乾淨，服務也很好，就是我們住的那間房的馬桶不是很好沖，經常要按兩次才能沖下去，就我扔張紙也要沖兩次。早餐時間倒挺合理，到10點半結束，早餐品種也很多，關鍵是還能打包，給賴床的兒子帶了一份，總的來説還是滿意的，下次如果有機會去福州，還是會選香格里拉。

這次福州之行選擇了老牌奢華的香格里拉酒店。坦白説，進門前看到建築風格就知道它有些年頭了，但走進大堂和房間，發現維護保養做得還是很到位。地毯、傢俱、衞浴都乾乾淨淨，光潔如新，完全沒有老舊酒店的疲態，反而透着經典酒店的精緻與考究。這點真的很難得！
必須重點表揚客服部的小朱！她的服務非常優秀！任何需求找她，都響應快、跟進到位、解決徹底，態度親切又專業，讓人感覺特別温暖和安心，真正做到了“如沐春風”。
入住的行政套房也很讓人滿意。空間超大，視野開闊，能看到五一廣場和白塔。室內佈局合理，設施雖然看得出不是最新款，但保養得非常好，乾淨整潔，住起來非常舒適放鬆。各種小細節都很到位，清潔棉片，水的擺放，廁所邊的筆記本都很不錯👍

這次入住香格里拉的體驗特別好。前台的Julia特別貼心，主動詳細説了早餐的時間和餐廳位置，還提醒早點去人少些，特別實用；Sam辦理入住效率很高，整個過程快速順暢，沒等多久就弄好了；Leon幫忙拿行李也很周到，全程主動又細心。房間住着很舒服，健身房也特別給力，加上幾位工作人員的熱情服務，整體體驗特別舒心，必須給五星好評。是

老牌五星，服務超讚。必須給小許一個大大的五星好評！每次回來小許都會留意排房喜好，根據到店時間幫忙準備好房間，每次入住從都能感受超熱情的服務，細節處真的太貼心了，wade通知配送好新鮮果盤，茶具和飲用水到房間，喜好安排妥當。臨時辦公有急需應急鼠標小許也幫忙協調，完全沒耽誤事。期間續住了一天，並且多加定了一間房，在房間滿房的情況下也多加留意安排好同層方便照顧，很好的照顧到老客户👍🏻
退房因暴雨情況，需要收拾洗漱下，小薛也幫忙爭取退房時間，讓我們可以收拾整頓一下，不得不説服務真的超暖心，入住期間的服務全程溝通也特別順暢，有任何需求都能及時響應，這種被重視的感覺真的太棒了！下次來還找小許，必須推薦給身邊朋友

酒店房間略小，不過設施齊全，床品舒適，還有歡迎點心和水果。
大堂接待人員得知我們來福州旅行還送了小朋友冰箱貼，大堂有免費品嚐福州特色糕點。
客房服小朱美女還幫忙送長者和孩子去房間，送貼心的送上了福州地圖和遊玩攻略。
