第二次選擇住聚龍酒店，這次訂房依然滿分！去前自己入住體驗很好，這次特意為來旅遊的朋友預訂了同款江景房。無論是景觀、設施還是服務，都和我記憶中的品質一致，甚至細節更完善了。180°落地窗外的江景依舊震撼，朋友説每天早起看着晨霧裡的江面辦公，效率都變高了。全天恆温泳池、帶空氣凈化器的健身房和維護過的花園，設施維護得比半年前更好。酒店的員工服務質量依舊高，賓客中心的Bella預訂後主動致電確認我們的需求，提前協調好高層安靜房間，後續還跟進詢問是否需要加濕器等細節真的很感動； 再是辦入住前台經理Clair，朋友深夜因航班延誤凌晨才到店，Clair提前預留好房間，簡化流程快速辦理入住，第二天還親自確認入住體驗，快離店時還送了水；退房時朋友隨口提到想買特產，eva手寫了附近老字號店，還用便簽標註了地鐵最短路線非常耐心呢！ 朋友退房後不慎遺落充電器，致電後前台的zara10分鐘就回復已找到並幫忙寄回。 從前台到後勤，每個環節都讓人感受到踏實，沒有誇張的噓寒問暖，但需求總能被預判和解決。已推薦給其他同事，國慶假期計劃帶家人來體驗家庭套房！

我住過許多酒店，但這家酒店一定是我住過最好的之一。員工熱情友好，給人賓至如歸的感覺。婷婷在入住之前有打電話詢問到大概什麼時間入住，提前留了高樓層江景的房間，近期温度升高，還提前打開了房間的空調，讓人多備了幾瓶水（入住之後發現冰箱裏麪還有免費的飲料真的很驚喜）。一進酒店就有小妹來幫忙拿行李，但是我行李比較重看她是小女生也不好意思讓她幫忙，但是eva小妹有注意到我手上東西拿的比較多且雜就很不方便，拿了一個購物袋幫忙裝起來她提着，這點真的能感受到小妹的細心和貼心。辦入住時，問了一嘴酒店的周邊，小郭很詳細的為我介紹了，還給我拿了福州的手繪地圖，真的很貼心。瞭解到我有運動的習慣還告知了貼心的告知了江邊跑道的方位。酒店位於會展中心附近，有地鐵和公交，但附近沒有什麼商店和餐館，但是周圍有很多的公園，環境非常好，不愧是福州榜上有名的美景酒店。酒店的後花園也非常nice，有小門可以直接連接到江邊跑道，日落的時候這樣去走一圈真的感覺心情舒暢。值得一提的是酒店的早餐，這對我來説非常重要，因為我喜歡在旅行中體驗當地的文化和美食，早餐就有魚丸和撈化。其次，酒店的設施和服務。我住的房間非常寬敞舒適，設施齊全。床很舒服，衞生間也非常乾淨。酒店還提供了免費的無線網絡和健身房設施，讓我在旅行中也能保持健康的生活方式。酒店的員工他們總是微笑着迎接我，問候我，讓我感到賓至如歸。每當我有問題或需要幫助時，他們總是樂意提供幫助。他們的專業和熱情讓我在這裏度過了一個愉快的假期。

這家酒店真是一次令人愉悦的住宿體驗!從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了它的温馨與雅緻。前台zara服務人員的態度非常熱情，辦理入住手續迅速而高效，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得既時尚又舒適，床品質量上乘，讓人一夜好眠。酒店的設施也非常齊全，健身房、游泳池等一應俱全，滿足了賓客的多樣需求。早餐種類豐富多樣，新鮮美味，讓人倍感滿足。特別值得一提的是，酒店的地理位置十分優越，周邊交通便捷，非常方便。在整個住宿期間，酒店員工的服務態度始終如一細緻入微，讓人感受到了家一般的温暖。這家酒店都是一個非常不錯的選擇。下次再來這座城市，一定還會選擇這家酒店，也會向朋友們強烈推薦!這次住宿體驗真是無可挑剔，滿分好評!

酒店房間設施整體還不錯，地理位置挺好挨着閩江，綠化做的也不錯。剛到酒店Lunn很熱情的引導和運送行李，前台Zara笑容也很燦爛，在辦理時還為我介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點。入住到結束的服務都挺在線的，很滿意。

酒店環境景觀風給到五分！！裝修非常有品位，比較古典。晚上到得十分安靜，王經理給我們提供了一個非常很安靜的休息空間，房間朝向很好，陽光充斥，暖暖的，感覺很治癒呢！第二天白天，退房的時候Zara還送了水，也向推薦了春季的花海公園的遊玩攻略，天氣很好，就主動去逛了逛。整個酒店都值得推薦，散心度假！服務態度各方面都很不錯！

因為我把這個酒店作為我一箇中轉休息的酒店來住來這住，在住之前我也看了一下差評，也算是給了自己的一個預期，但是來了以後，還是讓我很失望，首先，外賣不能進大堂，這個也就算了，我下來等外賣小哥的時候，小哥因為想進來，就被門口的安保惡語相向，一直在罵，而且聲音很大，我個人是感覺非常的影響酒店的形象，好好溝通也許是這個酒店保安應該要學會的一件事情，知道的是在驅逐外賣員，不知道的是以為我點了外賣，給酒店添了麻煩，後面我還給外賣小哥打賞
然後就是前台的問題，來了酒店，禮賓小妹過來跟我問好，指引我去辦入住，過去的時候前台沒有一個妹子抬頭，看手機的看手機，敲鍵盤的敲鍵盤，我差不多都要走到中間的紅色地毯了，中間的服務員抬頭向我問好，旁邊的兩個人手上的“活”也都沒有停下來。我之前去別的酒店，一個人在辦入住，剩下的人也會停下來幫忙辦，不然就是至少放下手機致意。這也是服務的體現吧？轉念一想，好像也不是什麼五星酒店，也不要要求這麼高，且住且珍惜吧。
房間的衞生也就是普通酒店的標準，甚至沙發靠枕底下還會又頭髮。。。想想也沒所謂了。。。心態炸裂。。。
反正就是。。。不會再去下一次。。。

此次入住真切體會到何為“賓至如歸”！從預訂階段就感受到賓客中心Bella的專業與用心，提前三天致電確認行程偏好，得知帶寶寶出行後，默默在房間備好了嬰兒床和消毒用具，甚至連小童浴袍都已然安排好。入住的江景房視野開闊卻不失私密性，清晨看江面薄霧繚繞，傍晚賞落日熔金，設計深得我心。酒店設施比官網描述的更實用：24小時健身房，恆温泳池。前台團隊的服務堪稱教科書級別。經理Clair辦理入住時聊天瞭解到我們寶寶剛歲不就，十分鐘後客房就安排了手寫賀卡還有一個蛇年小玩偶，讓我們深感被用心對待；Zara小姐姐更是細心擔當，主動提醒我遺落在餐廳的充電寶，雨天外出還提醒我們櫥櫃有配備雨傘記得攜帶。沒有誇張的“貴賓式奉承”，衹有恰到好處的關懷：每次路過前台都會聽到自然的問候，電梯偶遇員工永遠側身禮讓，這種潤物細無聲的尊重最是難得。 無論是親子出行的便利性，還是商務客需要的效率體驗，這裏都能給出滿分答案
