小郭在接待時笑容甜美，迅速幫我辦好了入住，還主動詢問我的行程安排，推薦了附近值得打卡的景點。晚上回到房間，驚喜地發現她準備了歡迎水果和手寫卡片，甚至根據我的喜好調整了房間枕頭，細節控表示極度舒適！
婷婷在早餐時段的服務更是讓人難忘，她不僅記得我喜歡的咖啡口味，還特意介紹了當季特色餐點。退房當天，她主動幫我提行李，並貼心準備了礦泉水和小點心路上用，這樣的服務真的無可挑剔！

陪家人來參加會議的，人很多，地理位置不錯，距離機場衹要40分鐘車程，距離會展中心很久，酒店有小機器人，外賣都可以用他送上樓。
設施：設施設備都很新很齊全，泳池健身房spa都有
衞生：無可挑剔，乾淨且整潔
景色：絕美江景房，大大的落地窗，一眼飽覽絕美閩江
服務：入住前就有管家婷婷致電詢問入住喜好，並添加微信，後續小朋友手錶忘記帶走，也第一時間聯繫我郵寄，隨時都在線很好溝通。前台小周也很棒！細心快速專業為我辦理入住，對小朋友格外友好，每次經過大堂都問好，還詳細給小朋友介紹機器人用途.門口保安大哥也吵架好還會幫忙一起拿行李🧳超級💯🌟🌟✨🌟🌟

暑假帶小朋友旅遊的，從網上選擇的這家酒店，選擇他的主要有原因是因為他有室內室外泳池這是我首選的，其次是性價比高，酒店環境也好，當天晚上我九點多的到了，因為帶小朋友完了一天很累了，前台辦入住的Zara應該看出了我的疲憊吧，幫我安排了送行李到房間，看我帶了小朋友主動幫我房間放入了小童用品，非常貼心。婷婷知道我是來旅遊的，主動給了我一份福州的手繪地圖，還介紹福州有名的網紅打卡的非常好。酒店位置很棒走哪裡都非常方便，下次來福州還會選擇這家酒店🏨

這次入住的江景房體驗太棒了！落地窗外的江景日出日落都美不勝收，房間也很乾凈舒適。最關鍵的是前台小姐姐都很温柔可愛！Clair非常貼心，我剛到酒店的時候發現手機快沒電了，找了半天沒找到充電頭，抱着試試看的心態問前台，Clair馬上幫我找到了適配的充電器，解了燃眉之急！入住的晚上我收到一份文件需要打印，我打電話問前台有沒有打印的地方，Wendy非常熱情高效地幫我打印好了，還給我送了上來，一點都沒耽誤事，態度超級好！

那天飛機晚點，到酒店已經很晚了了。本以為這個點工作人員肯定都疲憊不堪，沒想到一進大堂就看見兩個前台小妹精神抖擻地站着。見我進來，兩人同時露出笑容問好，讓人瞬間就覺得特別温暖。
負責幫我辦入住的是婷婷，這姑娘太機靈了！隨口提到明天要趕早班機，婷婷主動幫忙安排靠近電梯的房間節省時間，第二天退房時才發現，她居然還特意交代給我打包了便攜早餐，這份細心真的讓人感動。另一個叫小郭的姑娘更可愛。看我拖着個28寸的大箱子，還沒等我開口就小跑過來："姐，我幫您拿行李吧！"説話時眼睛彎成兩道小月牙，聲音甜甜的，但每個字都説得特別清楚。辦完手續後，她還一直把我送到電梯口，這服務也太到位了！
房間也特別給力！床墊不軟不硬剛剛好，讓我睡了個好覺。衞生間乾濕分離做得特別到位。熱水來得特別快，水温穩定，沖個澡把旅途的疲憊都沖走了。
説真的，住過這麼多酒店，像這樣前台服務又暖心、硬件設施又到位的真不多見。下次來這邊，我肯定還住這兒！

酒店環境非常好，周圍綠化覆蓋率高，空氣新鮮。入住前一天就有管家Clair致電詢問入住需求喜好預抵時間，並且添加微信有求必應，微信回覆信息非常快速，前台小郭服務也特別熱情細心專業，詳細的介紹了酒店的各個區域的營業時間，在機器人忙不過來的時候親自為我把外賣送上來，讓我能吃上一口熱乎的菜。總之，這是我住過的最好酒店之一。

酒店環境非常好啊，房間乾淨整潔，之前住過也都很滿意。早餐也很豐富。前台員工也很貼心，入住的時候下雨小郭妹妹還提醒我們房間衣櫃裏面有雨傘可以用，出門記得帶着~還安排了一個很不錯的房間，睡得非常舒服。退房時候我們行李非常多bella還推了一輛行李車到房間給我們運到車上，就算搬的滿頭大汗也還是全程服務面帶微笑的，體驗感還是一如既往的好！
