環境景觀風給到五分！！裝修非常有品位，晚上十分安靜，王經理給我們提供了一個非常很安靜的休息空間，房間朝向很好，陽光充斥，暖暖的，感覺很治癒呢！賓客的bella貼心的詢問我們喜歡哪款枕頭，也可以事先安排進房間，很不錯呢！房間也很乾凈，帶的一次性床單都沒用上，放心睡！退房的時候Zara還送了水給我們帶路上實用，整個酒店都非常推薦！服務態度各方面都很好！

服務真的是很好很好啊！！但是距離市區還是有點遠，老牌的五星酒店，總的來説還是不錯的，客房人員也很nice，我兒子尿濕一次，吐奶一次他們都毫無怨言，我真是太不好意思了！！

酒店停車很方便，入住辦理也很快，房間很舒服，價格適中，周邊環境很好，景色怡人，空氣清新。離景區有點距離，整體挺舒適的。值班經理Clair很好，我們要求江景房也給安排了，白天的江景非常美，天氣好的時候更是壯麗，晚上的話沒燈就差點意思。退房的時候賓客中心bella聯繫我們遺留了物品，還幫我們郵寄了，讓我們感受到了酒店服務態度誠信，酒店的領導管理的也很好很到位，值得體驗一下。

進入酒店的時候就會看到自助的茶水，房間的設備設施也非常齊全，衞生整體都很乾凈。酒店也有提供刮鬍刀，也有送洗衣服務。打掃的大姐很熱情，看到會主動打招呼。入住前賓客中心的bella有致電聯繫過我們喜好，我睡覺衹喜歡睡低枕頭，到房間的時候已經為我更換好了，非常增加好感呢！辦入住時也有提想看風景好的房間，zara小姐也給我們安排了一個視野很好的房間，房間也很大很温馨，非常感謝她！退房時Galaxy給我們送了幾瓶水帶路上喝，很細心的小妹妹呢！酒店住的也很舒服。還會再來。

設備設施齊全，房間有小冰箱很方便，水也充足，不夠可以再要。衞生也很乾凈，洗浴套裝味道都非常好聞，走廊房間都有淡淡的清香，酒店也有洗衣服務。該有的都有。服務也都非常好，一進酒店前台zara就來迎接接手了行李，幫我們送到了房間，辦入住時bella又給我們升級了房間，朝江非常美！晚上的外賣也有Selena幫我們送到房間了，就是需要什麼服務都會及時有人在，半夜的時候需要用品，值班經理Clair也很迅速送到位，真的做到24小時都有人在崗服務！住的很安心，放心。推薦來此酒店入住了
