作為一家四百價位的老牌酒店，晚上洗澡洗到一半，水突然變成臟水，全身都紅了。打電話給前台，給出的處理方案是：擦乾淨站旁邊等。這種水如果身上有傷口，造成感染怎麼辦？洗澡洗一半站旁邊等，感冒了怎麼辦。同樣價位，其他酒店不管是裝修還是設備還是服務，都比這個高一個級別，太差了。

地理位置十分便利，離三坊七巷走路僅有五六分鐘左右，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔！服務超好，下午贈送了水果小食甚至親手寫了留言條😁退房時居然還贈送了伴手禮，簡直不要太好😀下次再來福州還住聚春園🥰

聚春園地理位置非常棒，旁邊就是達明美食街和三坊七巷，而且聚春園不愧是百年老字號，工作人員熱情，房間環境舒適，早餐多種多樣，臨走退房還送了伴手禮，真是非常貼心。這次還碰到了福州馬拉松比賽，非常有意思
