房間很大，舒適，室內温泉池不錯，孩子很喜歡。酒店早餐挺好吃的，特別是榴蓮小蛋糕🍰，晚上還有贈送夜宵，下次來還會定這裏。

剛到福州就遇上暴雨，沒辦法衹能呆在酒店，幸好訂的房間裏就有温泉，太舒服~房間很大，而且也很乾凈，帶小朋友出行住的非常舒服

酒店外觀很漂亮，但房間設施比較簡陋，與四星酒店完全不匹配，訂的房間最多可以四人入住，但衹有兩個枕頭，讓前台多拿來的兩個枕頭，有一個枕頭套有水印而且有味道。

設施：Hello Kitty主題家庭房深得小女孩歡心，另外房間內有私湯池，簡直是小朋友摯愛！酒店還貼心地免費提供了一次性池套，很棒！洗手間和沖涼房的遮擋優化一下就更完美了！
衞生：衞生不錯，床鋪等都乾淨都沒有異味。
環境：酒店地段靠近五一廣場，離三坊七巷步行也在30分鐘以內，很方便。
服務：前台的服務態度有改進空間，辦理入住時全程木臉，完全感受不到福州人民的熱情😂
