還不錯，地理位置十分靠近福州南站，晚上附近有夜市，住處樓下就是商場。公寓老闆十分友善，有問題也立馬解決了，也特別留意了我們的備註，提供了的房間也很安靜

民宿衞生很乾凈而且敞亮，對面就是火車南站視野很好，想拿個香噴和補充一次性浴巾，老闆也很及時的拿過來了，樓下看電影吃東西買東西都很方便。
