總體説來，比我在其他地方住的希爾頓還是有不少差距的。別的不説，第一天去行政酒廊簡餐基本沒有什麼東西、餐品更新也很慢；第二天去前台説讓我們坐在前台吃，有點大無語；感覺最不好的事第三天去，前台是一位男士服務，我們的座位就坐在前台後面，男服務員煲電話粥起碼有半小時。煲電話粥不是不行，但是在工作時間，客人來來往往在旁若無人的煲電話粥，和希爾頓的這個品質就不大符合。起碼我在別的五星酒店是從來沒有碰到過的。居住過程中還有一天，我們玩回來已經晚上6點半了，房間沒有打掃，保潔説來不及了，就從早上到晚上6點半都沒有打掃完一層也是沒有碰到過的。小孩子的洗漱用品催了才送，不催就能2、3天不換。

酒店位置優越，交通便利，周邊設施齊全。房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適。服務人員態度友好，專業周到，讓人感到賓至如歸。早餐品種豐富，味道美味。管家小雨的服務也很到位，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦！

出遊基本都首選希爾頓，對於它的設施，衞生，服務，都比較放心。這次入住，依然如往，衹是入住時廁所味道太重，隨及告知樓道的保潔人員，讓她趁我們出門再清理清理。回來後，依舊。不知重新打掃沒有。因為住的時間不長，也就了了。
