雙人床1.35，離福州站近，步行十分鐘可達，方便趕早班車。
酒店周圍是居民區，雖離火車站近，還是比較安靜，聽不到火車站的廣播聲。
離三坊七巷不遠，打車不貴，地鐵也近。
