房間雖然不是特別大，但是靠着海邊非常好，環境好，吃的也好，去馬尾船政博物館打車很近。
有Double H 咖啡茶飲套餐及園內接駁車服務。工作人員服務態度非常好，讓我對福州的印象深刻，是一次愉快的旅行。

馬尾之行我們這次選擇住山海明珠院子酒店，我們夜機到福州，晚上十一點多才辦理入住，前台小姐姐非常友善，親切，幫我們房間升級，還送了咖啡券，週邊環境好靚，酒店配套都很新。還有車子接送，司機服務週到，態度很友善。在咖啡廳嘆個悠閒的下午茶很不錯，員工非常親切友好。總體來説都非常好，我下次來馬尾還會首選來這里住。
