酒店在煙台山景區裏 半山腰 周圍很浪漫 文藝，設施新，沒來之前就覺得環境應該不錯 ，酒店前台的小郭經理服務非常貼心 很認真負責的小姑娘，入住水果 甜品 還有泡腳桶，因為是淡季還給我們升級了房間，在小陽台可以看到岷江和著名的教堂，偶爾會在這兒看會書瞭解閩都文化，遠眺閩江，夜景也很美，早餐很豐富，讓我這個北方人對福州很是喜愛，有機會還會來！

Overall, the experience of staying at the Zhenting Hotel was a little unsatisfactory.
The supporting facilities in the guest rooms are a little shabby, lacking some details that can make guests enjoy their stay more comfortably. For example, there are no coffee bags in the room, which is a little inconvenient for guests like me who are used to making a cup of coffee in the afternoon to relax. Moreover, the toilet is not a smart style, which seems a bit outdated under the current trend of many hotels upgrading facilities. In addition, the sound insulation of the door is not satisfactory. I was awakened by the door closing sound of the next room many times in one night, which seriously affected my sleep quality and made me rest uneasy all night. I originally booked two nights with great expectations, but the bad experience made me decisively choose to change hotels on the second night.
However, from this stay experience, I also made a few suggestions for Zhenting Hotel: a 24-hour coffee machine should be installed in the lobby so that guests can enjoy coffee at any time to meet the needs of different time periods; for breakfast, I hope the hotel can increase investment, enrich the variety of dishes, and improve the deliciousness of food, so that guests can start a new day with a good breakfast; the facilities in the room should also be further enriched and improved, adding some practical and considerate items to improve the overall stay experience.
I hope Zhenting Hotel can pay attention to these issues and make improvements, so as to provide guests with a better and more comfortable accommodation environment in the future.
