Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Fuzhou

Located a short walking distance from Metro Line 1 Shudou station, this hotel has everything needed for a great stay for first timers in Fuzhou (central and safe location with local food options; compact but well designed and furnished rooms with comfortable beds; delicious breakfast buffet with proactive and efficient restaurant staff; and good facilities including laundry room, tea shops and tuina massage centre within the compound). During our stay, we needed urgent help to manage a situation and the staff on duty (小邓) went above and beyond to sort things out and we can’t be more grateful to him and the front desk staff. Thank you again. Would definitely come back again in the future!

It was a short getaway with absolutely no plans. I had originally booked an older hotel, but I immediately canceled it and opted for the Hampton by Hilton Software Park. Upon arrival, I was struck by the beautiful decor in the lobby. The environment was wonderful. During check-in, the front desk lady patiently explained the amenities and breakfast options and even upgraded my room to a mountain view. The room had two different pillow sizes to suit different needs, and the curtains were electric. A nice touch was the tissue box and phone storage in the sink, perfect for women putting on makeup while watching TV. 😂 While waiting for my car in the lobby, the front desk clerk, presumably offering a small gift to the other guest sitting next to me, noticed me sitting on the same sofa and returned to get a small gift. Such thoughtful consideration for other guests! 👍 The next day, the vegetables for breakfast were separated, making it easy to grab whatever you wanted. There were also signage for the noodles, so I didn't have to stand around waiting, and I didn't have to worry about being overwhelmed by the food being prepared. Every staff member I met was very welcoming, from the front desk to the guest rooms to the restaurant, which added some wonderful memories to my trip❤️
