❤️The waiter contacted us in advance before check-in and sent the location, and told us where to take a taxi. It was very considerate! And when we went out that afternoon, it was going to rain, so we borrowed an umbrella. A sister at the front desk was very considerate and helped us get a pack of tissues to take with us, saying that if we got wet, we could wipe it off~
🛖The homestay is the kind of WeChat that is quiet in the midst of noise. It is surrounded by various Internet celebrity dessert shops, but when you enter the courtyard where the room is located, it is very quiet. The bed, quilt and pillow in the room are super comfortable. For those who can't sleep in a different place, they can easily fall asleep and be happy! I guess it may also come from the smell of essential oils in the room?
🎁When checking in, I was given a coffee voucher from the nearby Beauty Coffee, which can be exchanged for coffee and desserts with an 12% discount. When I checked out, I was also given a small gift bag, which included mosquito repellent, comb, scented tablets, tissues and flower cakes.
⚠️The mosquitoes in Fuzhou🦟 are super fierce. Please remember to ask the front desk for mosquito repellent when you check in, so that you will not be bothered by mosquitoes during the few days of travel😟 (don’t ask me how I know!)

Facilities: slightly old but cleaned very well, exhaust fan is a bit noisy
Sanitation: There are tile bugs in the top-floor room, very small like ants on the roof, it is said that old houses are unavoidable, it does not affect living, but those who are afraid of bugs can ask the boss to see if they can change the house downstairs
Some furniture has signs of wear and tear, looks dirty but is actually cleaned quite well
Environment: The old house is hidden in the city, retro people will be ecstatic, very distinctive and charming, the small door is a staggered 3D retro room, three steps into the scenery, very suitable for wearing cheongsam to take pictures
The hotel is right by the lake, but you can't see the water. After turning on the lights at night, you can see grandpa and grandma riding motorcycles carrying beer and food to the bridge on Citywalk Chatting and chatting, so relaxing and cute
The hotel is on a small slope along the street and needs to climb thirty or forty steps. As a weak chicken, I asked the boss to help me move my luggage. The boss is a very capable woman. I stayed in the room above the spiral staircase. The boss held a full plate of welcome fruits in one hand and carried my luggage in the other hand to steadily go up the spiral staircase. I almost knelt down
Service: Finally, please look forward to the boss's breakfast. As a person who is committed to eating like an emperor every morning, the boss's balanced and reasonably matched meals really make me love it. The ingredients are fresh and exquisite, and they are not the kind of low-quality semi-finished products. It is really heartwarming (there was sweet soup in the evening... But I ate too much on the way and didn't eat it. Those who like midnight snacks can look forward to it)

Perfect
GGuest UserThe hotel owner was very nice. As soon as we got off the high-speed train and made a phone call, the hotel owner came to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. The service attitude was very good. The scenery of Pingtan is really beautiful, and the sunset is super beautiful🌇. The hotel owner's service was very good. He took the initiative to wake us up for breakfast and asked if we needed cleaning. Of course, the hotel owner also rents electric cars here, which is much more convenient than renting in remote areas. When we were leaving, the hotel owner also took us to the high-speed train🚅. The hotel and the hotel owner are really great🆒. It was a wonderful trip! !
JJ995LMy wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro.
From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge.
It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel.
If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.
GGuest UserBooked an 5 day stay for an Business Trip.
Location of hotel is good. There are a small shopping mall directly downstairs with some restaurants. (including starbucks and Mcdonalds) Most popular tourists and large shopping malls in the area are accessible via an short taxi trip. between 5-15 mins depending where you go.
Overall hotel is very clean.
Now for all the downside, (for reference I'm here during December with weather around 18 degrees during the day and 12-14 degrees during the night), if you like to control your own room temperature for your own comfort, do NOT book this hotel. The problem here is that they have an climate control in the room, however, it does not actually control any room temperature as I had later found out. Each day the hotel was pumping in heating through the centralised air condition. I complained that it was getting far too ”warm” for me and it was getting uncomfortable as the room felt stuffy and was giving me headaches, As there was no windows that you can open, there was no way to get ”fresh air” feeling into the room. It was also affecting my sleep during the night, this was an VERY unpleasant feeling. I tried to speak to the staff about this problem and their simple reply was basically ”nothing we can do” not even an attempt to offer an solution and that the climate control inside the room does NOT in fact control the temperature for the rooms!
Another issue was I switched on the DND (do not disturb button) as I did not needed any room cleaning during the first night of stay, I came back to find room was cleaned and items was moved around. Now admittedly it's nice to come back to an tidied room, however I did not expect anyone to come in even though I switched the DND switch on. On the third day the same thing happen however this time I was inside the room working. Even though the DND button was switched on, staff was still knocking on doors and coming in to check if I needed room cleaning. After I rejected I was receiving calls to confirm I didn't need room cleaning, now all this is probably an good service for other people but for me it was very irritating as it kept interrupting me during an important work conference call.
The final thing that I found to be quite lacking considering this is ”Hilton” was when I checked out, the staff asked if I needed an receipt/invoice for my stay, in which I requested yes, as I needed to put it to office accounts department for reimbursement purposes. They actually told me they could not print out any invoices for my stay. I needed to go and do that myself on Trip, which was fine, I thought I can do that myself, however because I have used room service etc I cannot get this on ”Trip”'s website. It just felt the whole experience was so poor coming from the ”Hilton” group. 100% the worst stay I have had.
GGuest UserWe liked the airport pick up services and drop off arrangements. No advance booking required for our transport pick up and the boss is good to provide his hospitality services.
The boss send us to the nearby food stalls for us to take dinner.
NNateJust had a quick transit stay near Fuzhou Airport, and it was awesome! The hotel is a great deal—plus, they surprised me with complementary airport pickup and drop-off, which was super handy. There are tons of restaurants within 500m walking distance, so you’re covered from breakfast to midnight supper. Big shoutout to the front desk crew—木子, 可可, and 小六—they were really friendly and helpful. If you’re stuck for a transit flight in Fuzhou overnight, definitely book this place!
WWulaniuniuI stayed for two days and was quite satisfied. The hotel is clean and smart. There is a self-service coffee machine in the lobby. Takeout is delivered by robots. I also used the hotel laundry for the first time. It was very convenient to wash and dry clothes. The breakfast auntie was also very enthusiastic. There were not many things but they were enough. It is very close to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area. In a word, I was more than satisfied. It is a hotel I would like to stay in again. It is great!
AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGuest UserIt was my second time staying in this hotel. They have maintained the excellent standard. Prior to my arrival, I advised them that I don’t eat fruits except for dragon fruit. The dragon fruit was prepared. In my stay, the staff members were quite helpful. They recommended the good place to eat and also helped me to get a taxi as my Alipay didn’t work for transport. It was a pleasant stay.
VVickie TehI recently stayed at a hotel near the airport that offered a fantastic combination of convenience and leisure, and I highly recommend it. This hotel provides an easy transfer from the airport with a free shuttle bus service (look for the pickup at door 6), making the journey hassle-free.
The location is perfect for those who enjoy the beach. Just a short walk away, you can stroll along the beautiful shoreline and even watch planes pass overhead, which is a unique and exciting experience. The beach access adds a delightful touch to the stay, offering relaxation and scenic views.
The accommodations are excellent, featuring comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep—essential for any traveler. The rooms are well-maintained and provide a cozy atmosphere for rest.
One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The quality of the food and the pleasant dining environment made for a great morning experience.
Overall, this hotel near the airport is a perfect choice for travelers. With its convenient airport transfer, beautiful beach access, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast, it offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
GGuest UserLove the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. Felt that the amenities could be cleaner and newer. The fridge was producing loud noise when operating. Still a great stay nevertheless! There’s bus service to the airport right opposite this hotel which is really convenient.
