The flat is well equipped in a nice building on the 8th floor. It’s very convenient to the South Railway Station in Fuzhou. I was able to sleep-in and still have plenty of time to catch my 11:30am train. Staff helped me find the place via WeChat. Near a nice mall with all the essentials, including Starbucks. Also had washing machine with detergent provided which was an extra plus!

I have stayed in an apartment near South Station several times and this one is a very good experience. The location is easy to find. It is very convenient to eat and shop in the mall downstairs. It is just across the passage from the South Station. The room is newly decorated and has no odor. The bedding is clean. The boss is warm and thoughtful. I will choose this homestay next time. People on business trips can come and experience it.

The hotel were in a 20 storey building just a few minutes walking from Fuzhou South Railroad Station. I was met outside by the manager, and he showed me to my room. It was inside an apartment with two large rooms and one smaller. I was given the small. Still, it was more than ok, clean and nice. The area around the station is actually quite nice, with lots of restaurants and stores in all sizes, it is even a McDonald less than five minutes away. The metro is also nearby, from here you can explore the whole of Fuzhou. I also took the metro down to the seaside, that was also well worth the time. Nice option for a low budget accommodation. Very good value. Fuzhou is like most Chinese cities of some size; fantastic.

It is 1.2km from the South Station and can be reached by walking without large luggage. About 700 meters away is the Lulei Station of Metro Line 1. It is 39 kilometers away from the airport, so I booked a special car to take me to the airport in advance.
The superior twin room can accommodate parents and children. The entire room is smart and simple, with voice-controlled curtains, TV, and lighting. Children's favorite robot food delivery is very cute.
The front desk was very attentive. Since the flight was at 8:40 on the third day and there was no time for breakfast, the hotel prepared fresh dragon fruit, oranges, Guangming yogurt and individually packaged bread.

2024 ended successfully with a trip to Fuzhou. I ate delicious food, saw beautiful scenery, felt the sea breeze, and took beautiful photos [snickering]. I was blessed by the blessed state. The buffet breakfast is also good 👍I stayed for one night and went to the Shipbuilding Museum the next day. It felt very convenient! If you don’t like the noise of Sanfang Qixiang, it is highly recommended to stay here! There is also a Liangcuo Ancient Village and Straits Cultural Center around, which are worth visiting!

GGuest UserService: The service is great! It is a family of three, each of which is very friendly. There is a pick-up station service. This is my favorite point. Because generally, when you leave the station, you are looking for public transportation or taxi, but you have to wait for various routes. You may have to go to snacks, but there is a pick-up station. I have no brain to call and wait for arrangements. I like 🥰! There is also a variety of breakfasts, very rich.
Environment: It is a self-built house in a village, but the decoration is very good and the location is very spacious.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good.
Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. There is a laundry room and a place to dry clothes. The boss can also help rent an electric car or a car, which is really friendly.
If you come to Pingtan next time, choose this one! ! !

JJ995LMy wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro.
From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge.
It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel.
If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

BBee LuenLocation - Approximately 5 mins walk to 东街口地铁站店 and 東方百貨店 (which has 2 towers A and B and quite a number of F&B outlets. Particularly like the western set deal at Basement which was delicious and value for money). Hotel is also near to 三坊七巷 (about 10 mins walk) and F&B (we tried 老福州 for local food which was delicious and economical and dessert shop 赵记传承).The only down side (small point unless it was raining) is the private hire booked thru didi always stopped along the road rather than in front of the hotel which is a car park.
Breakfast - can be a bit boring after staying for more than 2 days. Food is basically the same but the hotel will change about 2 of the dishes. Mostly carbs like porridge, noodles, man tou, bread. There was salad, yogurt (watery type), fruits, veg, hard boiled eggs ... but the variety was limited. Can't complain as the cost of accommodation including breakfast was already at a very attractive price
Facilities - All the rooms and laundry are on 3rd floor. Our room was almost at the end and hence it was a long walk for us. Appreciate that the hotel provides washing machine and dryer for guests use without charge. No need to put in washing detergent as it was pre-set.
Cleanliness - It was good especially this is a new hotel opened in 2024. However, my friend noticed urine on the toilet seat on the first day after check in. We feedback to the hotel and it was cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. Not very frequent in replenishing toilet paper and toiletries but we can always call and ask for top up. We booked 3 pax to one room but we were given 2 sets of slippers and towels and had to remind the hotel almost everyday.
Service - Staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. excellent service
Overall, I will still strongly recommend this hotel.

YYiWho can relate? I was completely won over by my stay at Lanou Hotel! As soon as I walked in, the clean and spacious lobby had such a great atmosphere. The front desk staff, Shan Shan, was super friendly—she quickly handled my check-in and even shared local travel tips. When I was checking out, it was raining, and they even held an umbrella for me all the way to the car. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the essentials were fully stocked at the front desk. Everything was perfect—highly recommend!

So was the food offerings at the Horizon Floor. However we are not thrilled by the location of the hotel. The adjoining shopping was easily accessible, but the 2 subway lines were quite a distance walk. Would certainly stay again if we are back.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very satisfactory and the experience is great. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. This time I didn't stay in the hot spring room. I bought a separate ticket to the Jasmine Spring and enjoyed the preferential price. There is a leisure area in the Jasmine Spring. The energy room is very large, especially the rest area on the second floor has a great leisure atmosphere. There is a shuttle bus to the Jasmine Spring to go back and forth to the hotel front desk, which is very convenient, or it is also very close to walk there. I praise Miss Linda for her thoughtful and considerate service, just the right service, and always considerate of the guests. I will come again next time when I have time!

JJenson HiahHave booked this hotel for 4 nights, on the third day the hotel told me I have to evacuate the premises in 2 hours, as they have encountered water and electricity issues, they just tell you to leave and without any service recovery, I was nearly stranded at such short notice…they should have a better protocol to address this, nevertheless I like this hotel and I do recommend for travelers looking for a clean and budget accommodation in Fuzhou.
