Fuzhou Changle 4-star Hotels

I would like to thank the receptionist, Chris. Chris is very helpful, can speak English very well, provide good explanation on the free shuttle clearly to us and he even upgraded us to a bigger room. The room itself was very big and clean. We are really happy with the service. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we ever visited Fuzhou for transit or for vacation. Once again thank you Chris for your hospitality and we will recommend this hotel to Malaysian. Thank you so much.

Upon check-in, there's a tea ceremony with a handwritten welcome card. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile, handled check-in quickly, and proactively inquired about our needs. They were also very accommodating with requests like borrowing chargers and laundry service. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety and a warm, homey feel. I'll definitely stay at Atour again.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The front desk service is also good. The room is clean. The bath is also automatically played. There is a free washing machine dryer. There is a robot that automatically delivers food. The child likes it very much. In addition, the hotel is very close to the beach. It is a ten-minute drive to the blue sea! The fly in the ointment is that most of the TV shows are charged and more than a dozen yuan can watch 24 hours. There are too few washing machines and dryers. There is a queue to wash clothes in the middle of the night.

The hotel has a parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving. The room is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable during the May Day holiday, and it is great except that it is a little far from the city. A suggestion: The hotel provides a laundry room, but the experience is not good. I went there at around 8 o'clock on the first night and found that the 4 washing machines were washing the hotel's bath towels and towels. If the hotel washed them, it would not consider the customers at all.

The service at this hotel is absolutely perfect. It was my first time visiting Changle, Fujian, and I ran out of Chinese currency, which made it difficult for me to have meals. Due to language barriers, I couldn't find a place to exchange money. I approached the front desk staff for help, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, they immediately pulled out their phone translator to communicate with me. They quickly took me to a bank to exchange money and even accompanied me there. They also kindly brought me to a restaurant downstairs and helped me order dishes, introducing me to some local cuisine. Throughout the meal, they checked on my preferences to ensure my satisfaction. This thoughtful service deeply impressed me with the hotel's sincerity and dedication. In conclusion, my stay at the Atour Hotel was exceptional, and I cannot praise its service enough. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attentive care made my time in Changle, Fujian truly enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, hoping more people can experience such excellent service.

The main advantage of the environment is that there is a parking space, but it is a bit far from Sanfang Qixiang, so choose carefully! The pillows in the hotel rooms are all medium pillows. Guests with bad cervical vertebrae should choose carefully because I am an example. I asked for a low pillow and the front desk told me to go to the front desk to choose it myself. As a result, they were similar to pillows, and they were placed in the shelf grid for public use. I asked the front desk to provide a formal low pillow with a pillowcase, but was rejected. The attitude was not friendly enough, and hair was found under the pillow in the room. I have lost confidence in the front desk and communicated with them. I wanted to stay in Fuzhou for a few days, but I decided to check out and change hotels the next day! As for the facilities, I don’t want to say it anymore. Please choose carefully if you book this hotel! The breakfast is so-so, but you can eat enough. The breakfast environment is OK!

Great location within the city with the addition of the two small lakes and perimeter boardwalks. Lots of beauty on the walls. Breakfast is expansive and covers a small western offering including coffee. Salad items as well as Fresh fruit and cooked vegetables. Mix individual noodles, dumplings, mushrooms, veggies to create your own flavoured hot breakfast. Pastries and sweeter items for those who need the hit!😁 Good compact gym for the keen plus a laundry with washing machines and dryer. Full laundry service available or partial, you choose. We stayed twice, with a trip out of Fuzhou mid-week, both rooms were quiet and serene, large comfy bed, crisp sheets and a couple of pillow types to choose from. (You can buy crisp new bedding and pillows to take home from the lobby, if desired). I liked the operability of the windows that allows fresh air to enter and refresh the rooms plus closes tight to exclude outside noises for a tranquil sleep. It even has a robot that delivers your take-out (online orders) to your door, including beer ( if you order it😁) plus delivered a bottle opener to open the beer 👍👍 Good service and staff very friendly. Will return next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, offering easy access to transport. My river-facing room was generally quite pleasant. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't entirely effective; I could hear outside noises in the morning, and occasionally even phone vibrations from the adjacent room.
