It is very close to the train station, and there is a bus from the train station that goes directly to Neuschwanstein Castle. The overall environment is quite good, the breakfast quality is also very high, and the service is very attentive. I look forward to coming again next time

Hotel location in the nature is really positive. Room and bathroom very clean and treated. The best of the best was wellness center: such nice and clean wellness center I have not see long tine. Really great hotel to visit

The hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm. The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well. The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded. Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up. Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal.

A very distinctive hotel, just before entering the door, if you have heavy luggage, you need to go up several steps. The available space in the room is not small, including the ability to use some bumps to place luggage, and there are more than ten plugs, which is a bit unexpected. After going out to close the door of the room, you need to turn the key to lock it, otherwise even if you close the door, it can still be opened.

It is a nice location for a walk, but there is a river around it. I was not in good condition and I couldn't use the sauna, but I would like to try it next time. The front desk was kind and some people were hard to speak English, but they responded politely. It was large in a lodge-style room.

The air conditioner in the room was leaking on the day we checked in. Multiple repairs failed to solve the problem, which disturbed our rest. In order not to be disturbed, we chose to turn off the air conditioner and endure it. We were very uncomfortable with this room which cost more than 1,800 yuan a night. However, after I reported these issues to Ctrip, they followed up with the hotel’s feedback and handled the matter throughout the process, which was very heartwarming and touching. 1- Good location, 100 meters from the train station 2- There is a good Chinese food nearby (Sichuan/Cantonese cuisine) and you can find it in Dianping. 3- The town is very small. 4- It's very close to Schwanberg. There is No. 78 bus next to the railway station. The hotel will give you a free bus card. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Neuschwanstein Castle by bus. 5- Hygiene is OK. I think it is a reasonable hotel. It is highly recommended for those who do not want to spend too much money in the hotel. The room was very large and easy to spend. The room is a little thin, so you can hear the voice next to you, but it is very recommended because it is near the station and has a good access. By the way, it takes about ２０ by bus to the photo.
