Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach großartig! Das gesamte Team war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell – man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen! Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und in der Küche im Apartment lässt sich wunderbar eine kleine Mahlzeit zubereiten. Alles dafür notwendige ist vorhanden. Auch die Lage ist ideal für eine entspannte Wanderung. Der See ist gleich vor der Haustür und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist grandios! Perfekt für alle, die die Natur lieben und einfach entspannen möchten. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Frühstück, das liebevoll von der Hotelchefin höchst persönlich zubereitet wird. Immer war alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Es war abwechslungsreich, äußerst geschmackvoll und von hoher Qualität. Hier wird großer Wert auf Genuss gelegt. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Personal sehr nett, Frühstücksbuffett hat alles, was man braucht. Einziges Manko: Uns wurde beim Check in ein Preis genannt, der sich bei Abreise als Fehlinformation herausstellte. An einem klärenden Gespräch war die Hotelleitung nicht interressiert. Die Aussage auf der Homepage steht es korrekt, hatte mir zu genügen. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung war drin. Sehr schade, wären gerne öfter gekommen, aber jetzt.... Für mich zählt noch ein Wort und ich überprüfe nicht im Internet, ob die Rezeption korrekte Auskunft ertielt.

Staff were very friendly during both check in and check out. Toilet leaked during the night which caused water noise. Limited dining options except by driving 10 minutes. No credit card facilities, cash only.
