Changbaishan Haolike Hotel: A Snowy Trip Warmed by Linlin's Service During my trip to Changbai Mountain, Haolike Hotel gave me an experience far beyond my expectations. I especially want to commend Linlin, our housekeeper, for her exceptional service! As a five-star hotel, the amenities here are already impressive—the spaciousness is truly impressive—but Linlin's service elevated this comfort to a truly touching experience. Before check-in, she proactively contacted us to arrange airport pickup and provided us with advance notice of the resort shuttle bus schedule and a guide to the ski resorts, saving us the trouble of planning our trip. Throughout our stay, she responded instantly, from helping us book the popular rime rafting, reminding us of hot spring hours, to answering questions about room amenities. Even when she wasn't on duty, she promptly addressed all of our needs. Most thoughtfully, upon learning we were traveling with children, she brought them special snacks and recommended a less crowded and fun Baby Park. Her attention to detail was evident. The hotel's efficient service and Linlin's personalized care complemented our snowy trip exceptionally smoothly. Such professional and warm service deserves all the praise!

Very satisfied with it? The room environment conditions are very comfortable. The hotel overall is perfect for family travel, with lots of details that kids enjoy. There are also places where eating is inconvenient in surrounding resorts. Basically the title has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient. Really really have to special praise a front desk guy, our online shopping items delivered to the post, but we do not know how to get over, the guy also used business time to help run the post, so that we received the courier once we arrived at the hotel. Really great. And the little brother does good things without leaving his name. In addition, the Schisandra chinensis tea brewed at the front desk was delicious. I also bought some Schisandra chinensis and brewed it at home.

The stone house in Fusong County Laoheihe Site Museum (North of Yucai Road, beside the Songhua River on the south side of Chinan Bus Terminal) is warm in winter and cool in summer. 5 minutes walk to Guandong Water Town Community, there is a supermarket breakfast restaurant. The super large living room four people electric heating sent Changbai Mountain spring water tastes sweet tap water is equivalent to mineral water. The newly opened store is clean and quiet. The front desk was warm and thoughtful and landed in the room data cable and mailed it back.
