GGuest UserA great hotel, great value for money! It's not good in one aspect, but a hotel that is particularly good in all aspects. It is almost perfect in this price range of tourist attractions! It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! I saw other people's comments saying it was very cold before, but we stayed for three nights in a row, and it was not cold at all, and even felt a little hot. We even opened the window to sleep at night.
Facilities: Very complete
Hygiene: Very clean
Environment: Very quiet, there are sika deer and little foxes in the hotel yard, which is very photogenic, and they also made snowmen very attentively
Service: It can be said to be a great value!
Front desk: Leah Wenwen, the front desk who checked us in, was very considerate. After a few days of travel, she can be said to be a private butler, and she helped us solve all the problems we encountered perfectly!

One time for 2 adults and 1 child (under 1.3 meters) to Halla Mountain Hot Spring or one double rafting: It is recommended to choose Xiaosha River for winter rafting. Although the rafting time is short, it is very photogenic and you can definitely see the rime! And you don’t have to worry about getting wet, it is very gentle, especially suitable for taking pictures

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

KKamenikThe hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts.
Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately.
The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price.
The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?)
and the Chinese pancake are also very good.
The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good.
Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on.
Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

MMaoliqiusituobadaoDuring my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by Zhang Boyuan's attentive and considerate service. Because of him, our trip was very safe and happy. Whether it was the time of the shuttle bus or the pillow of the hotel, he was always available to answer and solve the problem. The hotel room rate includes ski tickets, hot spring tickets, and snow park tickets. There are no other expenses except food. There are not many people, and the service is very good. GGuest UserAfter the Chinese New Year, we traveled off-peak and took our children to the Changbaishan Wanda International Resort to ski. It was right to choose Park Hyatt. We called in advance to confirm the airport transfer and room requirements. The check-in procedure was very fast and we were given a room in the main building according to the notes. After all, the ski house is in the main building, which makes travel much more convenient.
The room is large, and you can put your ski clothes and other equipment on the bench at the door. The big bed is not crowded after adding a bed, and the bathroom is large enough. I stayed for 4 nights. The aunt restocked and cleaned in time. JayLin and Wang Dong at the front desk were warm and thoughtful. They sent fruit for extended stays and delayed check-out until the airport drop-off time. Although Changbaishan Park Hyatt has been around for more than 10 years, the overall maintenance is good. It can be seen that the design and decoration of the year were still very sophisticated.
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the ingredients are fresh and exquisite. Benedict eggs, porridge, pancakes, etc. are all made on site. It is also a good choice to eat in the Yue Hall when you are tired of skiing for lunch and dinner and don’t want to leave the hotel.
The ski house is small and the service is good. The lockers are reasonably laid out. It is also convenient to wear your equipment and go out with Park Hyatt’s exclusive slide to take the cable car.
Wanda Ski Resort has a large number of visitors. Park Hyatt is located in a private area, which allows you to avoid the crowds. It is generally comfortable and cozy. Walking along the hotel villa area feels like hiking in the snow forest. I will come again next year~

The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient.
The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

BBaixiyiEnvironment: I have stayed at Wanda Resort before. This time I came to Changbai Mountain. I wanted to do something different, so I made a reservation for this space capsule. I thought I would be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of blue sky and white clouds when I woke up early in the morning. Sure enough, I didn’t. Disappoints me, the snow scene is so beautiful❤️
The space capsule is new and well-equipped. I was originally worried that it would be too cold at night, but unexpectedly I was woken up by the heat in the morning. The bed is moderately soft and easy to sleep on, and the hot water is also very hot. There is also a starry sky ceiling and a projector to play videos. It is very special to have such enjoyment in this ice and snow place. You can also feel that the boss pays attention to the details of the decoration, which is very good!
The most fun thing is ice fishing. I originally came to this tent for ice fishing. I caught three fish in the morning and 14 fish in the afternoon. The boss’s father was very considerate and helped to light the charcoal fire to string the fish. He was also worried that we wouldn’t be able to catch any fish and taught us how to do it. The secret is that while fishing, you can play with your children in the snow tube.
