Our first impression upon entering was how great the service was. The room we booked was proactively upgraded to a magic-themed twin room, right next to the other magic-themed king room we reserved, which was very thoughtful. Many thanks to Manager Xia for the excellent service! The theme design is fantastic; walking down the hallway on the magic floor truly feels like stepping into an enchanted forest. The breakfast was also excellent – after several days at Wanda, we finally had a proper and delicious bowl of rice noodles! The whole experience was so much better than at Jinhua. We also received complimentary cable car and hot spring passes upon check-in, offering plenty of activities. The hotel even has two adorable mascot cats, though they seemed to be sleeping the whole time! There's a dedicated butler service, so any issues during our stay were directly handled by Manager Xia, whose service was extremely professional, incredibly responsive, and very customer-focused. We are very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance!

Play: Because Tianchi is closed, the boss recommended rafting, snowmobiling, and horseback riding. But due to lack of time, I didn’t go on horseback riding, which is a pity!
There is also a cute little Xiu Gou! Iron pillar! If you check in, be sure to give him a hug. He is very well-behaved and the boss is very nice, polite and not intrusive! All in all highly recommended!

QQingxiaoNGUThe room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which was reassuring, and they smelled great too. It's very close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, and the courtyard-style design has a unique charm. They were incredibly accommodating with almost all our requests. On our last day, after coming down from the mountain, we booked a 4-hour day-use room to rest before our evening flight, and they let us stay for 6 hours without any extra charge. They even helped us arrange a free taxi to the airport.

I love to travel and have stayed in many hotels, but this is the only time I've ever felt compelled to write a glowing review! Northeasterners are truly warm and hospitable; I absolutely love this region. As soon as I landed, the proprietress had someone arranged to pick me up. We chatted and laughed the whole way – the manager is very humorous! Right next to the accommodation, there's a place to rent snow gear. I even saw a heater that Southerners like me have never seen before... The room was quite spacious and clean. It would be perfect if the shower had a bit more water pressure. The proprietress also arranged our rafting trip, picking us up early in the morning – I'm so grateful! It was a great experience with no disappointments. After rafting, we weren't sure where to go next, so the proprietress recommended a campsite! It was incredibly picturesque, perfect for photos! I was so happy because it matched the aesthetic I needed for an outfit – she really understands what girls like! (The proprietress even gave us an internal discount for the rafting and the snowmobiles at the campsite – such a great deal!) Although we only stayed two nights, we felt so well taken care of. We'll definitely be back! The proprietress is a genuine person and won't rip you off; staying with her gives you the feeling that you won't spend a single extra penny. The owner is so thoughtful, everyone can come with confidence! Finally, I wish the proprietress a thriving business and ever-increasing beauty 😊

CcfanlsThis hotel is a hidden gem, especially during holidays when other places are packed. The moment you step into the hotel area, the whole world just quiets down. The room is very spacious, and it perfectly blends traditional folk elements without sacrificing comfort – I doubt you'd find another place like it in all of Changbai Mountain. I was worried the kang (heated bed) might be hard, but it was actually quite comfortable.
My only suggestion would be for the bellboy leading the way to proactively help female guests with their luggage; it got a bit awkward at one point.
The complimentary activities at Huameisheng Resort during holidays aren't really recommended. Besides feeding small animals, most things involve long queues, so it's not worth it. I'd suggest paying for local activities like rafting, horseback riding, or ginseng digging instead.

PPorkfeitutuThe breakfast and dinner offered during our consecutive stay were both great, especially dinner. They really had everything imaginable: garlic vermicelli, oysters, roast lamb, and old-fashioned popsicles. It's truly an excellent choice for a trip with elderly family members and children. Although it's outside the Wanda Resort, it's actually quieter this way. As for not seeing Tianchi Lake, I've accepted my fate; after all, you can't see it from inside or outside Wanda Resort, and no one could go up there anyway. Still, I hope everyone who stays here gets to see Tianchi Lake on their first try! We also had a meal inside Wanda Resort, but that one wasn't very good.

Iipis2323This was my first time staying at this hotel brand, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was! The views are absolutely stunning – I even got to see the 'sun-kissed golden mountains' [a natural phenomenon where the sunrise hits the mountain tops, making them glow golden]. The design is fantastic. A staff member proactively contacted me to introduce the check-in process and the wonderful activities available, like the scenic shuttle. Breakfast was plentiful, and for dinner, I specifically ordered the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), which was uniquely delicious with the sourness from hawthorn berries – it really worked! I took a walk around the entire property, which is about 8 kilometers, and the scenery was beautiful every step of the way. Kids can feed alpacas, deer, pigs, and rabbits. I loved it so much, I definitely want to come back!

MM899453****The facilities are great, and the hygiene is excellent. The butler was very thoughtful, and all the staff were wonderful. It was a really heartwarming experience. Perhaps because it's the off-season, the windows were quite dirty, and the balcony was very dusty. However, the villa's view is absolutely superb. The breakfast was also very rich, and the gym facilities were well-equipped. I felt like the food options within the resort were a bit of a tourist trap; I only tried Burger King and a bibimbap, and the bibimbap was a miss. Overall, it's still a very comfortable place for a vacation.

Surrounded by pristine forest, it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is also very close to the airport, offering free shuttle service, with a drive time of only about 10 minutes. The West Scenic Area Distribution Center is right at the hotel entrance, making transportation very convenient. This hotel is especially suitable for family vacations and offers great value for money. Tianyu truly lives up to its reputation as a paradise for children; there are rabbits and small animals everywhere, and you can even adopt a rabbit! There are many fun family activities to participate in, like rafting, hot spring volcanoes, and we even caught a bonfire party! We had a fantastic time and will definitely bring the family back again.

The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
