環境很好，空氣清新，從房間看到外面都是綠水青山，依山傍水的酒店，整個酒店超級安靜 適合把節奏慢下來，房間也很大，這次旅行很放鬆，特別是前台小哥馬克服務熱情而專注，和小馬聊的也很開心，100分的表揚小馬，

服務非常好，酒店環境優美，動物很温順，房間飲品豐富，邊泡澡邊看晚霞很 Nice；早餐是套餐制，雖是預製菜但品種豐富，可以改進為按需取用，避免浪費。不足的是周邊配套嚴重不足，用餐不便；酒店裝修所謂廢舊工業風解釋不錯，但個人覺得還是因為入住率不高，資金不到位，明顯看到未裝修荒廢的部分。補充一下，裝潢硬件配套，飲品，洗漱用品等品質還是可以的

酒店服務很贊。前台的微信服務，非常在線。餐飲部的錢主管人漂亮，熱情，服務細緻。小鹿場也很温馨。還特地升級了私湯服務。如果夏季房間配好空調，就完美了。

酒店身處山清水秀環境很好，裝修風格也別出心裁 風格獨特，早餐也很滿意 很喜歡這樣的早餐，很棒！酒店的服務也很周到，特別是前台小哥馬克 熱情 細緻 唯一的遺憾是因為天氣原因沒能上去長白山，下次再來還會選擇這個酒店。
