酒店贈送的權益有很多，温泉，水樂園都有的，再就是酒店內的早餐非常的豐盛，員工邱雲鵬熱情的服務讓人歡喜，有耐心，細心，非常滿意！贈送的下午茶一直沒時間去，還專門打電話叮囑去指定地點取，看到下午茶後真是驚喜，製作精美，味道可口！

萬達度假區有很多小朋友玩的項目，適合家庭親子出遊，小朋友在度假區裏就撿松塔，看紅葉，坐纜車，划船。酒店送了幾項權益，管家也給各種建議和延房權限，有接駁車到長白山西站，方便度假。吃飯園區也有肯德基麥當勞等快餐，也有附近農家菜。唯一覺得假期就是自助早餐人多，餐廳忙會比較亂

酒店大堂寬敞明亮，雖然來的時候天氣不是很好，但是非常幸運看到了天池，酒店前台小夥李旭服務態度很好，非常有耐心，認真負責，房間也是乾濕分離 ，雖然房間不大但是好在乾淨 ，非常滿意👍推薦來玩
