房間還不錯，進去的時候有兩衹蒼蠅，聯繫後工作人員立刻來處理了。衞生間的馬桶可加熱可沖洗，挺不錯的。接送機可以約時間，相對自由和定製化。酒店餐廳中規中矩，菜品和價格與酒店星級相匹配。酒店門口就是白溪集散地，去西坡很方便。定天域的時候記得預約白溪出發，差不多30分鐘到山上天池峽谷轉接駁處。旁邊不遠有漂流，相對平緩但還算有趣。總體雖然設施相對舊一些，但服務和服務細節都不錯，算是夏季到長白山避暑的性價比之選。但活動範圍也就在酒店附近了，對食品安全有要求的話，吃飯可選擇衹能是酒店餐廳了。

房間和服務都很滿意，孩子們最喜歡小兔子了，和各種小動物玩得很開心，而且離白溪集散中心很近，步行即達。

很差很差非常差 快逃！！！
1. 預約免費送機時間，提前預約，確認三遍，沒人管，前台互相推脱。
2.房門沒有插銷，反鎖壞了，門沒有任何安全可言。
3.酒店環境極差，全是蒼蠅，一晚上鐵板互相碰撞的聲音。
4.前台送三次東西全送錯，送的很慢。

第一晚空調不夠涼，半夜熱醒了。第二晚換房間夠涼快了。酒店的親子活動挺多的，養得動物也多，可玩性高。去天池西景區值得推薦！

來長白山西坡，在天域和萬達之間綜合對比了一下，最後選擇了天域，入住後超出期待！天域離長白山白溪集散地很近很近，步行三五分鐘左右，這點很香，除了天池以外我們還去了漂流，酒店車接車送，帶小朋友去玩很開心，本來定了兩天的酒店，小朋友沒玩夠，又續住了一天，早晨約了旅拍，攝影師拍的巨好。純在酒店玩一天，活動很豐富，萌寵，活動，園區騎車，篝火晚會、酒店給小朋友們安排的滿滿的，記得添加酒店的管家微信，有什麼活動都會發消息，很貼心。在酒店看到了日落🌄很美。很開心的一次入住。

酒店位置絕佳，步行可到遊客中心，去長白山西坡很方便，酒店有很多小兔子，小馬，小鹿還有淘氣堡，解放雙手，帶娃特別友好。酒店中餐性價比高，廚藝好還乾淨，五星的服務土菜館的價格，直接秒殺門口的蒼蠅館子

Only 5 minutes' drive from changbaishan airport;
It only takes about 10 minutes to get to changbai mountain from "baixi transfer station" here, and it is convenient to get and book tickets online (it takes one and a half hours to get back and forth from the transfer station under the mountain).
The nearest train station is in songjiang town. It takes about half an hour to get here by taxi.
