白山機場出門有大巴接送，交通方便。酒店就在雪場內，滑雪出入很方便，送的權益太多了根本玩不過來哈。我們住在2號樓，樓下就有烤肉店各種餐館，便利店，還是很便利的。管家Linda非常細心幫忙解答各種遊玩問題

第四次入住，以前基本都在三層，這次住五層，大房號區域油煙味道很重，前台包靜小姐耐心的幫我調換了房間，非常感謝
建議大家都不要住五層的大房號房間，就像是住在油煙機裏，房間床墊太軟，詢問服務員説沒辦法調整，我們住了七天，我和先生每天都在渾身疼，洗手間沒有窗，也沒有排風扇，餐廳服務一般般菜品也一般

This is a good resort for people who would like to do winter sport, take some rest, there is a good deal for guest. Thank you for all the staffs at the resort. Eventhough, we speak different languages, they try their best to communicate and help us. The lady who wears suit at front desk, the small lady with nice smile, the guy with eyes glasses (Im sorry that I can't remember all the name. And special thanks to "Lucy Wang who assist us with the refund process.| definately recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to take a vacation in Chang Bai Shan.
