อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยดี พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาจีนอย่างเดียว
สามารถขอน้ำดื่มเพิ่มได้ มีรถรับ-ส่งสนามบิน อยู่ใกล้สนามบิน ใช้เวลาเดินทางจากสนามบินถึงโรงแรม ไม่เกิน 20 นาที
มีบ่อน้ำร้อนให้แช่ฟรี ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวกสบาย

前台小哥態度好，服務熱情。主動升級到隔壁的loft温泉酒店。缺點就是樓上沒有廁所，床在樓上，上個廁所都要下樓，太不方便。酒店送的滑雪，泡温泉，漂流。不推薦漢拿山温泉，人多，服務差，還收費寄存櫃。

前台服務態度差，口氣強硬，多問了兩句顯的很不耐煩，和園區相隔太遠，預訂時和前台溝通的與實際相差太大，實際環境與網上有差別！
