首先，服務很好，無論是前台還是鐵鍋燉的服務態度都沒得説，萌寵樂園的老夫妻也和藹健談。其次，環境還不錯，跟訥殷古城是一體的，但古城很多設施都在維修，所有的營業場所都沒開，沒有想象的熱鬧。再次，硬件設施老化，外門關不上，內門沒法從裏面反鎖，有扇窗户也關不上；尤其是前一天下雨，入住當天自來水是黃色的，用送的瓶裝水刷了牙，簡單洗了臉，澡沒洗就睡了，前台説是自來水公司的問題。總之，實際體驗過之後，覺得房價偏貴，性價比較低。

怎麼説呢，跟着導航找不到酒店入口，攜程上酒店的電話沒人接，網上客服也沒人理，還得求助攜程客服才能聯繫上酒店，我也是服了。服務就那麼回事吧。明顯能感覺到男服務人員臭臉，也許是天太熱了？心情不好？

衞生間裏有很多死蟲子，難以清理；淋浴花灑不是漏水就是堵塞，勉強使用，淋浴時會與死蟲子泡在一起，浴巾陳舊；多個電源插座脱落，有觸電風險；冰箱不能製冷，多次請求維修無果；下午五點半員工下班後沒有任何客房服務；停車場距離前台接待處約200米，本可以開車到前台裝卸行李，卻無人主動告知；前台距離預訂的木屋約300米，其中有約150米為木棧道，無法拖動拉桿箱，不提出請求服務生是不會主動提供幫助的。

酒店在訥殷古城中，全部是木屋，環境很好很安靜，一家出行，尤其帶着孩子，完全不用擔心吵到其他人啦；最最讓我們暖心的是接待我們大哥，這是他的***********，從我們出發後一直在關注我們的行程，非常熱情和細心，而且酒店離長白山西坡景區近，停車很方便，總體來説性價比非常高，超極棒！！！
