Stayed for four nights in total, the first two days in a king-size room, and the next two days in a business king-size room. The room is spacious, the front desk service is good, no deposit is required, and check-in and check-out are fast. The room has no odor, plenty of hot water, and is very quiet. The hygiene needs to be improved. On the first day when I stayed in a business king-size room, I found that there was no paper towel in the bathroom when I had already started, which was a bit embarrassing. In short, the hotel at this price is good value for money.

Thanks to Mr. Daniel Wang, the manager of the Front Office Department. I stayed at the hotel for quite a few days. He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help. The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. We are very happy about our stay at Wanda Realm Hotel in Fushun. The service is exceptional. My daughter developed rushes right after arrival. The hotel manager Mr. Wei Huang drove us to see a specialized physician, which was very helpful and beyond the ordinary service scope. We couldn’t say enough about our appreciation. The hotel’s gym and swimming facilities are well maintained, as well as room size and amenities. Highly recommended this hotel. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Mr Huang also helped me find my sun glasses that was dropped during the move to another room.

We booked a brand new family room, and it was exactly like the pictures: very clean, cozy, comfortable, and warm. The hot water also came on very quickly! The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and thoughtful with her service, paying attention to every little detail. We will definitely choose this place again next time we visit Fushun.
