Furano Lofts

I have travelled all over the world and the stay at Furano Lofts is up there with the most memorable. Our unit was perfect. The private 2 person onsen after skiing was a saviour and the care and detail that Leon and Tim operate at to take care of their guests is second to none. The location is a short drive to the lifts and they even have a shuttle in case you don't have a vehicle. I cannot wait to return and stay here 10/10.

My family of 7 stayed there in July 2024. The chalet we booked had 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The chalet was impeccably maintained. We can tell the owner takes special pride in his property. Leon and Tim were excellent hosts. We were so warmed by their hospitality. They gave very good suggestions for food and sightseeing. They even went out of their way to help us find suitable restaurants for booking at the last minute which we really appreciate. Overall, they made us feel like we were staying in a close relative's home. Would love to visit again another time.

This is an amazing place - extremely well-appointed with great art and furnishings. Most importantly, the level of service provided by Leon and Tim is way above expectations. For those going skiing this place is very close to the skiing area and there is a shuttle service too and from the lifts. I can't recommend this place enough

What to say about Furano Lofts? Everything about our holiday experience at Furano Lofts was perfect from the moment we arrived. We felt as though we were the only people staying at The Lofts, even though the apartments were fully booked. Our Moto apartment was spotlessly clean and could have been brand new. All appointments are of superior standard and every consideration has been given to guest comfort and convenience. (The combined washing machine/dryer is amazing!) The hosts, Leon and Tim, have an extensive knowledge of the local area and nothing is too much trouble. Their attention to detail is first class and we genuinely felt that their sole purpose was to ensure that all of our holiday needs were met. This included on-demand drop offs and pickups to and from the ski slopes, as well as restaurant recommendations and bookings which were tailored to our taste requests. We have never felt so valued as guests anywhere else in our travels. Furano as a holiday destination offers so much to explore and experience in all seasons. This was our first visit, and we are already planning to return, to stay at Furano Lofts. It is outstanding value for money and worth every cent.

What a perfect place to stay in Furano. Leon and Tim were so welcoming, providing shuttles to and from the lift every morning and local restaurant recommendations. The rooms were spacious (a real treat in Japan), extremely comfortable and walking distance to town. The private onsen was the most relaxing way to end the day. Would 100% recommend, and can't wait to book our next trip.

This was our second time at Furano Lofts and we were not disappointed. Having stayed at The Chalet last season and experiencing the wonderful hospitality shown by Leon and Tim, the decision to return was a natural one to make. Travelling in a smaller group of 3 this time we stayed at Mori Loft, a charming one-bedroom plus loft apartment. Immaculately maintained and unexpectedly spacious we didn't feel hemmed in even with our luggage opened on the floor - a rarity in Japan. We were yet again treated to the same high quality experience as before (even though we booked a smaller apartment this time), with many thoughtful conveniences provided for us: - As luggage isn't allowed up in the loft, a luggage rack was set up in the living room down below and a soft bag provided to contain smaller conveniences for use up in the loft. Talk about thoughtful attention to detail! - Leon remembered from my previous trip that I preferred sleeping on a contour pillow, and the said pillow was on the bed when we checked in. - One of the days was bitterly cold and we were presented with hot chocolate after returning from the ski resort. What a godsend it was! - My travel companion left her watch behind and Tim kindly organized for it to be returned to her in Tokyo. - Weather updates and advice on which zone to ski in based on the forecasts. The Furano Lofts experience is authentic, elegant and consistently executed, bespoke to the needs of their guests whether you're a first time or repeat visitor. Leon and Tim really make it easy to visit and experience Furano.
