Hotel Delfin Plava Laguna

Sure, it's a 2-star hotel, so you can't expect a lot of things (e.g., air conditioning). First, the positives: Great location right by the sea. A good-sized balcony. The room size is generally okay. (Access to the shower is very limited, the toilet is right in front of it.) Nice pool area, plenty of parking. Nice live music by the pool in the evenings. But I do have some complaints. First, the room door is stuck, so you have to push against it to open or close it. Then there's water damage in the bathroom, where water is dripping from the vent. It's not very pleasant when you're sitting on the toilet. The rooms weren't cleaned very well; some stains could be removed with just a wipe of the finger. Once when I entered the room, the door wasn't locked(!). The rooms are also easily accessible via the balcony from the neighboring room; just climb over and go in, because the housekeeping staff always leaves the balcony door open anyway. The checkout process is very chaotic, there's no clear procedure. Sometimes the staff just stand there doing nothing, even though 50 people are trying to check out. The staff are very stressed and unfriendly; there's no "thank you for your stay." Nothing at all, just return the keys and goodbye. Additionally, the website stated (after a tedious search) that a parking fee of €1.20 per day is charged. It ended up being €1.50. Furthermore, personal documents such as passports or ID cards are not kept under lock and key, but behind the counter where the room keys hang. Visible and accessible to everyone. Not very secure (!). Since the hotel accommodates a lot of children and groups of children, it's correspondingly loud, starting at 7:00 a.m. So if you want a quiet hotel, stay away from the Delfin! For that price, you can get great apartments in Croatia, even 4-star ones. Personally, I won't book there again.

Non lo consiglio! Un incubo di notte . Mancanza di rispetto per le persone che riposano , in corridoio urla e schiamazzi di notte .Noi abbiamo sentito battere la nostra porta violentemente nel tentativo di entrare , abbiamo avvisato la reception e non erano ragazzi ma giovani adulti , se così si possono definire..... , pulizia delle camere insufficiente , cibo troppo in quantità ma non in qualità. Se ringraziate della recensione prendete anche provvedimenti perché non è piacevole soggiornare in queste condizioni, grazie.
