Last year I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately this year I'll only give it 3. The pasta and risotto were exceptional, but unfortunately this year they were all overcooked and inedible (has the chef changed?). The rest of the food is varied and good. Another flaw is the beach, bar, and poolside bar area, where the smell of smoke is unbearable; it's a nightmare for non-smokers. I also find it unacceptable that outsiders can occupy spaces on the beach and paying guests don't have priority or reserved areas. The no-pets policy is excellent.

A beautiful location, very friendly staff, and there's more than enough food for everyone. The cleanliness is excellent; the room is cleaned every day, unless you want it cleaned. On the beach, there are loungers, kayaks, and surfboards available. There's a tennis court, table tennis, mini golf, and a few other things besides. I can recommend this place to everyone. Many greetings to all the Maistra Resort staff, and a special shout-out to the cleaning staff. We'll see you again.

We have been here for over 2 weeks now and we love it here. We are also lucky with the weather and enjoy the sun, the pool, the service and the holiday every day. The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. It is nice that the pool opens at 9 am and that you are not allowed to put down towels before that, the staff really pays attention to that, great! It is a nice all-inclusive hotel, not only in terms of food but also the facilities such as beds and umbrellas by the pool and beds on the beach as well as pedal boats and mini golf. The staff in the bar by the pool and in the restaurant are also friendly and very attentive. The food is good, with special praise for the breakfast buffet. We were surprised on arrival with an upgrade for the room, with a large and good bed and a fantastic view.

This is our fourth time here and we come back every year. Here, the guest is king. For a 3-star hotel, it's top-notch! The facilities and rooms are very clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The food leaves nothing to be desired.

Der Strand ist sehr gut angelegt, teilweise terrasiert und auch relativ weitläufig. Die Gäste verteilen sich auf der Fläche sehr gut sodass jeder seine Ruhe hat. Negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Pool sehr kalt war und fast keiner im Pool war, was ist sehr schade finde. Wir waren ca. Mitte September in dieser Unterkunft und das Wetter war teilweise nicht mehr ganz so schön. Da wäre ein angenehm warmer Pool angenehm gewesen und vor allem die Gäste hätten ihn Nutzen können. Der kalte Pool war einfach unnötig. Das Abendessen war in Buffetform. Ich persönlich fand das Fischangebot sehr, sehr schwach. Der Rest war in Ordnung.
